When OLD Mark sold his business to NEW Mark all great customer service went down hill. I had to take both my cars in multiple times for the same problem. Quotes that were given to me never matched my final price (final price always over or prices changed on final invoice), calls were never returned, excuses were given as to why they couldnt get a part or have my cars done when a time was given. I pulled my business from this shop, so did my dad and another family friend. They all had their own separate issues with this mechanic as well. To be fair I told New Mark all these issues to, and BIG SURPRISE: He didnt care!

Great service. They stayed in contact with me the entire time and a side note for female car owners they dont try and pull one over on you. My dad dropped me off and they still kept the conversation with me not him because it was my car. They went out of their way and looked up information for me as well. Great group of men.

Mark takes care of both of my cars and you cant ask for a more honest mechanic. He carefully evaluates each vehicle and gives a schedule for upcoming maintenance items so you can budget properly. My car always runs great after a visit.

Mark is awesome, I went in for some tail light replacements and he actually ended up doing a little more work than originally planned. Everything went well and he kept me updated as the day progressed! Ill be coming back because hes an honest guy!
