Not the first time Ive used this company. Had to get a small area covered for an office for my Daughter. We were on a tight budget and that did not seem to annoy Fred. Im rarely cheap and cheap people generally bother me but my children are just draining the $ account. I sent my Daughter to Freds showroom and she picked the color and it was installed promptly and professionally. I was happy to see the same installer show up years later with the same company. Dan and Phil were awesome. I was in awe by how hard they all worked and did a great job with the install. Not only did they install everything perfectly but they understood specific problems about my building and found a solution that will work specific to me! Before the work even started Fred was easy to work with and answered all my questions quickly and effectively. After everything was done Fred came by to take a look and upon seeing that we already damaged some carpet (we were rearranging some furniture) he quickly fixed it up for us without question. I had them work in my business but am happy to know I have a friend in the carpet business and will bring them into my home and recommend them anywhere carpet it needed!

We called on a tuesday. We met with Fred on the same tuesday. We picked out our carpet. (Really my wife did) Great selection! Went with one that was leftover from another job which cut our price. He called me that afternoon with scheduled installation. We had carpet within 24 hours of our first phone call. Amazing friendly service. Great product. These guys know what they are doing

Fred is a very good sales person. Having said that when it came to some obstacles the service started to lack. The installation was less than professional. You can not expect any leveling or prep work. and the transition pieces are the cheapest nail down metal you can possibly buy. They simply dont give you options and the results are not desirable. This is a rental unit and yet, I expect some quality for the price they charge. Its not very cheap. They do some sort of bait and switch and tons of add ons. Do yourself a favor and ask the sales person about the prep and finish of your product and than go to some other place. Fred was super friendly at the beginning but got annoyed fairly quick and when I asked him to come out for one more site visit so we can get on the same page he responded its 30 min out of my way, will you pay me for my time to come out? WOW

We visited this flooring store in Rohnert Park. Fred gave us a great deal. We purchased carpet for our house and blinds for our kitchen window. The staff was friendly and very professional. They installed carpet in 3 bedrooms. Fred helped us choose a carpet and came out to measure the space. He was even nice enough to come out again and look at our subfloor when we had questions. We left a key and the carpet was installed by the time we got home from work! We love the carpet we chose, and it looks great! I would recommend :)
