Terminal reject valid credit cards. Customer service wont refund on wrong item purchased the day before even though the item is unopened and a sales slip was provided. Shelves are always empty of the items that I want.

This was not a post about Walmart Grocery,this was a post about a quaint little consignment shop in Cotati. This shops store owner is fantastic and the clean,organized shop has unique, wonderful merchandise! Mary

Theres a cashier named; Ellen. She was so helpful and kind when my debit card kept declining. I asked if I could put my cart full of items on hold while I called my bank and cleared things up. I told her it would take no more than 10 minutes (which was surprisingly close 12 min). She was so accommodating and courteous as I pulled my cart to the side, she printed of a purchase suspension receipt for me and handed it to another very helpful employee named Derick. I really hope that Ellen gets some type of bonus for her outstanding attitude and customer service.

Clean. Product area spacious. Their produce is less expensive than Safeway. Rest of the store feels congested with tall aisles seems darkly lit. Wide variety of grocery, houseware & pharmacy. Checkout staff is efficient.

My go to place for most of my groceries, super convenient since its the only grocery store in the neighborhood. Prices are reasonable. Only big downside is lines can get really long in the evening

Love the crew that works here. Just not upper management they dont know what they are doing. But the store, they are so amazing and extremely pleasant and helpful. Smiles, greetings coming or going. Thanks for not disappointing. Upper management needs to be trained.

This is my new favorite grocery store! I had no idea this place existed until a year or so ago.The store layout here makes it easy to find things. Everything looks neat and organized, and the employees are always smiling and friendly and joking with each other which creates a positive atmosphere.

The pharmacy employees are great but the store employees are unable to direct you to the product you need. More training is needed for the store employees. The cashier lines are unbelievably long and when you ask an employee to see if they can open another cashier line they say that theres no one available. I travel quite often and visit the Walmart stores, this store has been the worst one Ive ever seen.

Found everything that I was looking for. I shop here because they carry items that I cant get at other grocery stores.

Got to say Ive been there three times Ive never seen any cashiers as slow as this place good Lord took us 20 minutes just to get to people checked out and this is normal for this place

I hate giving money to the richest family in America but the prices seriously cant be beat! So instead I just think about all the other call for who were able to work and earn their living from us buying the inexpensive products

I enjoyed going in to grab my weekly fruit and veggies. Clean and friendly staff.

The customer service of one of their employees, Melanie Conner, makes up for what they lack for in everything else. She is always SO EXTREMELY helpful and always has a smile on her face!!! 😊

Definitely the store associates add to the in/out factor here, and they honorably have their halos on not just their headsets.

This store use to be very proactive in wiping down carts and counters. I’ve noticed since a month ago the carts nor the counters have been wiped down or sanitize. This is a concern because we are still in a very high pandemic stage. As such I will take my business to another store that practices cleanliness and santitization

I always take advantage of their excellent subs and $1.25 hotdogs for a quick lunch pickup while being able to get the best price available on essentials as well!

Staff are nice, just be aware y people not wearing their mask correctly.

I was really impressed with the store, it was large and very well stocked, I’ve been to three stores over the last two weeks looking for cake mix for my husbands birthday this week and everyone was cleaned out! I was so relieved to find the cake mix he liked here. I used to live in Sacramento and did my grocery shopping at the Walmart superstore there and really missed the easy of it and I was so happy to find this shop close by. The staff was also super nice. It’s a scary time right now with the virus and everything was organized and clean looking, staff was there to direct you calmly in. Our cashier was very friendly, overall a really nice experience, even though I live 20-30 minutes or so from the store I would say it is super worth it to drive there to shop.

They have so much more stuff than I thought. Only limited in cleaning supplies and school stuff. This dont really have toys so you will need to go the bigger Walmart by the freeway.

A hidden gem. I wish I knew about this wonderful store years ago. I absolutely love love love this store. The staff are nice helpful and no rotten attitudes like in Marin county. I save so much money shopping here. Thank you Walmart!!! 💖🥰👍😉

They are routinely out of stock on some items which is really inconvenient because then I have to go to another store. Their produce is not very fresh and is sometimes spoiled but still sitting there for you to buy. Also be careful when buying perishable items because sometimes theyre already expired. Other than that they have good selection, good prices, and the staff is friendly.

Probably shouldnt be telling anyone about this place, it seems to be a well-kept secret. Nice, quiet, clean, out of the way location. Good size, big enough to have what you need but youre not going to take all day to get through the store.

Exterior looks great but too many carts misplaced. Its relatively clean on the inside. Overall good experience.

I just recently discovered this grocery store and have been extremely happy doing my weekly shopping here. The prices are very reasonable, they have fresh produce and groceries as well as a hot food section and small deli counter. Its easy to find and get to. I highly recommend checking them out.

A bit of a hectic visit this last trip as I was racing the closing bell,.with shelves showing the voids on shelves typical of a busy day, a small amount of materials being staged for after hours restocking, and the frenetic nature of a store of that nature where such a variety of items are to be offered in such an extreme economy of store size and shelf space. I am not kidding that shorter customers will need some assistance to reach some higher up items. I believe more so than at most markets, but I would rarely notice such a thing since I am tall... still, I did notice it there, so interpret that as you see fit. You would probably forgive that sin in exchange for the classic Walmart pricing model, where prices are cheaper than at competitors, but that edge has historically been a product of economizing with staffing levels and compensation below average for the skill levels utilized. Thankfully, I saw no sign of that on my visit. Low prices, yes, but most of the staff were quite friendly or busy, but pleasant, which I am very much a fan of too, with a couple who might have been shy or very busy, but were not off-putting to me, and not out of character with scattered such peers at their competitors. The store was otherwise practically empty during those last minutes before closing, and for those with diligent time management, skill/instinct/familiarity with the location of their assorted quarry, and potentially a phobia of crowds or crown-based pathogens associated with crowds large enough to contain a few dimwits, the closing minutes at the grocery store (or at least every store where I have attempted it) can easily be the shopping equivalent of nirvana.Even tho the staff waiting to close may hate you - Im pretty sure this habit is weighing down my popularity, for instance, as long as they grind their teeth in a smile,.and wait til Im out of earshot to let their true feelings out, I dont worry about it much.Oh, and if you have a tight time budget, and especially for a closing time coming up fast, DO NOT go with your spouse or significant other! One of you will disappoint the other somehow, and youre sure to have some degree of a fight... or so it seems to me spectating. I know better already. Shopping nirvana... and as Buddha might have wanted it thus to teach you a thing or two, shopping nirvana tends to be well-represented in gaps on the shelves that will irritatingly dovetail with ones shoppng list. Ahh... I do have the strength of character to forego such popular trappings as have here been exhausted by earlier shoppers, and how enlightened I feel after enduring such loss of potential happiness with complete dignity.Unless theyre out of toilet paper.Oh, Buddha... to live is to suffer, it would appear (sometimes).Not at this Walmart Neighborhood Market tho - not tonight, anyway. All my list items were checked off, and bought very cheaply. I wish I had one nearer, as this was a shopping trip while away from home, and I dont know of any others nearby. One last thing: I would prefer shopping for groceries here over the grocery section at either of my two local full-size Wal-Mart supercenters, and its not even close. I like those stores too, but if this were an option, Id take a considerable detour to come here. The atmosphere was much more like a small, neighborhood grocery store, especially like a small chain offering in this area, versus the behemoth, warehouse-style alternatives. Its like the evolution (towards one different direction, not a higher or lower level of such things, to be clear) of a line that began with Food Maxx, shrank into a Grocery Outlet, then shrank again to the petite dynamo I experienced. I love those other guys too, and several others besides, but this was definitely a sharp offering from people who knew what they were doing when they created it... and with shopping nirvana (well... for some, anyway) at the top of the mountain besides....Sweet!

Wally was the best and only market I use..friendly people,clean store, great selection of meats,fresh veggies,best bakery and super pricing on name band everything,plus Walmart own brands are great too! If u like saving $$ everyday then go for it..u be spoiled for real😁 try it youll like it💃

Was good trip I found 3x hoody 11 bucks woo hooo!

They never have their shelves stocked and lately, since COVID-19 they have their employees stocking shelves in the middle of rush hour. When they should be encouraging social distancing they are crowding the aisle with their overloaded hand trucks. It is a VERY POORLY MANAGED STORE. I only go there because its 2 blocks from my house and I always think I can just run in and get a last minute item. 99% of the time the shelf is empty of whatever item I ran in there for and I leave cursing myself for going there in the first place.

Great store BUT if your concerned about covid I would not recommend going here. Everytime I go here there is people without masks, mask only covering there mouths, and people coughing everywhere(the last 3 times I went this has happened). I understand people feel however they want about this but walmart should not just let this all slide

I like the employees. They smile & say hello. They ask if I have found everything ok. But my biggest complaint is so often what I need is not stocked. My milk has not been there for 3 weeks now. The coffee creamer I use has not been stocked for weeks. Pasta is often not stocked. I do like the prices, but often have to go to other stores to finish my shopping.

I enjoy shopping in this store. I find things that I dont find in other stores.

I cant even begin to describe just how amazing this store is! It really is a full-blown grocery, with all of the normally recognized departments including, grocery, deli-meats, bakery, pharmacy, general merchandise i.e., some cleaning products, paper goods, and pet supplies! I shop here pretty consistently and have since the store opened four years ago, today! Wow, its October 1 already! The store does no advertising that I am aware of and most people find out about it through word-of-mouth! I literally save about half (sometimes more) of what I would have spent at my next favorite grocery, Safeway!Heres an example, my son (Matt) loves Tillamook Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese! It costs about $7.29 a pound at Safeway! That exact same item is about $3.78 at the Walmart Grocery Store! Across the board, every item in the store is this way! Im sure it has a lot to do with the buying power that Walmart enjoys as one of the largest stores in America! I dont know this for fact, but it makes a lot of sense to me! And, I will just continue to enjoy the prices and service I receive every time I visit!MacKenzie was my clerk yesterday when I was in and she did a wonderful job waiting on me! She was quick, thorough, she smiled, and was just simply nice! I appreciate the service I get every time I shop! And, with all of us dealing with the Pandemic and all of the no-nos associated with it, I am definitely grateful for nice!Please dont just take my word for the truth about this store! Its Walmart. Lower your expectations. People not respecting minimum covid mask policy, and Walmart employees not enforcing them. Probably company mandate not to engage due to corporate liability fears. Cause man, Walmart cant afford a lawsuit pfft.

My experience at this Walmart was really upsetting they were short on cashiers all over the store I purchase 25 gallons of water refills of jars of 5 gallons it took more to pay than to fill the jars it was really a bad experience my first time going to this Walmart in RP well it might be a smaller Walmart but it sure should have better service...

Often the shelves are nearly empty; the store runs out of popular items. Much of the time, the place is unkempt, you often have to reach way back into the shelves to reach what you want to buy. Many times, past-date items are still on the shelves after expiration .The self check out could be chaotic, there was no organization and rude people would cluster, push and shove to get to the first self checkout lane that opens up, but now there sometimes is an employee directing customers into a queue; still, some rude customers try to bypass the process and cut in front..

Okay for a quick trip but dont expect there to be any produce in sight because theyre always out. Same with deli meat and cheese. I have received good customer service, so that is what the 3 stars is for.
