RUDE EMPLOYEE. Have gone here for years. Went in today to match the paint to my house with bucket of old paint (stock Sequoia Redwood) in hand. Tried to explain very nicely that the KM at Friedmans does not match, greyer sheen. Esperanza was talking past me very rudely through the whole conversation. Atrocious attitude from her, including the dried sample she gave back right away which did not seem to exactly match. She told me the formula had changed, too bad if it doesnt work, etc. I told her to stop being so condescending. She then turned and screamed for her manager, Colin. I called the store back an hour later for her name, and she answered. She reluctantly admitted she was the one who helped me. Asked for the manager and she said hed left for the day (at 3 pm?) She asked what my problem was. Told her I would be contacting the regional KM office about her customer service tomorrow.Always liked the people there but will be going to Be njamin Moore (always professional) in south Petaluma from now on.

Took way too long to get my gallon of paint. Was told it would be 1/2 hour. It ended up taking 1hour and 45 minutes.
