Joyce was wonderful today as she was last month when I went to get help from her when I made the mistake of using Kraft paper without plenty of tape to wrap it around. She was patient and diligent in helping me finish my order so it would be accepted by FedEx.

This Fedex Store is great! The gentleman that works here is always very nice and helpful with everything!

The salesperson told me that without mask - no service. He was wearing mask, then my question is what he is scared about. Mask works only for sick people - read the doc mask review. Are we still in HYSTERIA mode?

Usually pretty helpful. Ive printed tons of papers, resumes, and anything else here over the years. My only gripe is they charge to use the internet, which is fine, but the computers and internet can be very slow.

This is the first time that I am writing a negative review; but what the guy in the Fedex office did was a kind of cheating and, unfortunately, it wasnt the first time, so it is better others know and be cautious about them.I had some pages to scan, it was less than 100 pages; when I asked about the price, he told me $37 for 150 pages. It was suppose I pay according to the number of pages. When he did finish the scan; I was told it was 92 pages and you have to pay $48. and when I asked 150 pages was $37; how 92 page is $47; he answered because more than 100 pages had discount( it is ridiculous). I told in this case you should have told me before scanning, but his reply just was a evil smile.

The people at this center need to take lessons on manners. Sean was super rude on the phone and it was not necessary. I will never use FedEx in this area again. Super unacceptable to hire people that are so rude...

For me, the store manager, Adam gave me one more reason to continue using Fedex Kinkos....A big thank you!
