Excellent service! I had a service call in to repair a gas oven when I also needed a furnace repair. Oven tech suggested I call for availability a couple of days before a major holiday. Friendly office staff was able to get me on the schedule the day before Thanksgiving. Furnace was repaired in a half hour. Both invoices were honest and fair totals. My husband called to have the HVAC repaired 3 weeks ago and the reservationist said that they have only one person that is assigned. They scheduled us and on the day that he was supposed to come out we called again and they said that they don’t have the guy yet to come out and we have to wait another 2 weeks or so. These folks are so unprofessional and they make up a lot of excuses.Edit: update on Sept 14They scheduled a repair with us 3 weeks ago and we are hoping that our issue will get resolved and a day before the service they cancelled again and mentioned they will no longer do the repair with Sears. Upsetting :(

Cant say enough about this company! They came out to fix my washing machine after our movers left the shipping bolts in the machine and sent the machine jumping across the floor. It took over 6 months for us to get our claim settled with the moving company and Appliance Rx aided us every time we needed a statement from them per the settlement. I recently had Appliance Rx out to look at my washing machine. I was so impressed that they were able to come over the next day! The repair guy knew what he was doing and took the time to talk to me and then my husband (on the phone) essentially saying the same thing twice. He quickly figured out what was going on with my washer.The only complaint I have is that the repair guy, (nice as he was), smelled of cigarettes, like really strong! With 2 small kids in the house third hand smoke is something I worry about.Overall I was very happy with the company and would recommend them to anyone.

The person who answered the phone allowed me extra time to get the model number to her to ensure the technician had the correct part to fix my oven for family coming from overseas for Thanksgiving. If I could give less than 1 star I would! First contact with them (through our extended warranty) was May 5... its now May 27! STILL waiting on parts! I AGAIN called them today to see when they are coming out was told they couldnt find the tracking number only to call back a few hours later to say the order wasnt showing with Samsung, but now hopefully they will get it in a day or so... I have been hearing a DAY OR SO for THREE WEEKS! i personally called Samsung and spoke with customer service. I could pay and have the parts here by THE END OF THE WEEK!!! and its been 3 weeks??? Horrible service. Even with me calling them beginning and end of EVERY week... I called Lowes complained and then called the warranty company and they have switched companies. That company is coming tomorrow! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Today, I called in a service order to my warranty company and received information that Appliance RX will be contacting me to set up an appointment to inspect my dishwasher for repairs. The call from Appliance RX came in far ahead of the expected time and the receptionist (Cassie) set up the appointment immediately. I was assured that the technician would be at my home between 12-5pm this afternoon. The technician arrived at my home before 2pm and found out the problem immediately, provided a estimated time that parts would be available for the repairs and assured me that someone would call to setup another appointment within a reasonable time. I was glad to have the technician (Ryan) arrive when he did because I suffered a vehicle problem after the appointment was setup that needed to be fixed immediately at the auto dealership. I am confident that my dishwasher will be repaired as mentioned and that I can fully rely on Appliance RX; looking forward to the experience and lasting repairs!
