Parts department had what I needed in stock when I called. Arrived an hour later to be told I would have to settle for a part that isn’t the right one but would work with a little extra time.Took a dirt bike wheel and tire (pre broken down) to have a new rim strip and tube installed (purchased inside stahlman power sports parts department) Knowing I needed it done ASAP they asked if I could wait and I agreed that I could due to the fact that I did not make an appointment, After 2 hours and some minutes of waiting I decided to go pick my parts up and go home and do it myself. When I asked for my stuff the lady behind the counter told me had I waited 10 minutes longer they would have had it done.A five minute job that nobody could find time to complete. With knowledge that I live over an hour away and needed it done as soon as possible, the chick behind the counter was very disrespectful and did not give me the feeling that the customer is always right, Instead I felt as if since I wasn’t a friend of one of the workers that my money and time did not matter to them, I will choose another Honda dealership to handle my business as I have never had that experience at any other Honda dealership.If it was my business I would be concerned of loss of revenue due to the poor attitude and inadequate service they provide.DO NOT GO TO STAHLMMAN POWERSPORTS SERVICE WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT OR THE INTENTION OF HAVING YOUR STUFF BACK IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME.HAD TO PUT AT LEAST 1 star to leave a review, if I could give a negative 3 stars I would
1 of the Worst dealers in America sold bike as a 2021 found out that it was a 2020. No real prep on bike. Shifter fell of within 5 min of riding. Bike was nasty cant believe they are in buisness. No walk around no gas in tank. Just hay bikes out front. 3.5 hours of my life that I will not get back. So the misrepresented year of bike and or what you are buying seems to be there M.O. so watch out you might not be getting what you think.Good Luck.
This experience is in regards to attempting to purchase a used Honda TRX90 -- Disappointed I wasted 9 hrs round trip drive time. The 2017 TRX90 they are selling used looks like its been ridden harder and used and abused more than Pamela Lee and Paris Hilton combined. If the salesman would have been honest (I spoke to 2) I would have saved my time. I guess to stay positive with the trees in bloom it was a pretty drive and got to see some new country. But I had asked multiple times about the condition of the plastics and the overall shape of the ATV -- I dont expect showroom new as it was used and price seemed fair for something 4 yrs old (but still not much off what a brand new one cost) - however this thing at in person inspection looked like it had been tied to someones truck hitch and dragged down the road for miles. Bent rim, handlebar grips showed significant wear which means this machine had the shxt ridden out of it - plastics broken in multiple places -- plastics not lining up that they assured me was the angle the photo was taken - but no in person they didnt -- bent front bumper from someone running into a rock or boulder -- hell I cant imagine what sort of jump someone must have done to bend the rim the way it was bent on the front -- Machine did fire right up - but Im not nearly paying a new price for a 4 yr old machine that looks like it was a previous boat anchor. Figured with all the positive comments online theyd be good to deal with -- maybe on new machines - I dont know - Would HIGHLY not recommend ever looking at a used machine there -- if you do - live locally and inspect the hell out of it in person. Just more disappointed I wasnt shot straight and close up photos which would have taken a couple of minutes were taken of all the damages that were plain as day in person. Rip in the seat, Plastics broken in multiple places - some had to be pretty significant impacts, (completely broken rear bumper -how in the hell does that happen and conveniently missing from photos) rust and all paint worn off near shifter -- (yeah the previous owners grand kids used it to toodle around on his land -- YEAH RIGHT) Seemed to be the honest thing to do. In the next couple of years Ill be in the market for a Honda Talon 1000R -- The dealer near me has zero integrity so Id have been happy to make the pretty drive again to purchase from these guys had it worked out. They are definitely off my list. Honesty is always the best policy and they seem to have none. The photo I uploaded is deceiving as hell and straight from their website, I didnt receive much better photos to my cell phone -- again - i asked multiple multiple times about condition of the plastics and exterior as I dont want to buy someone elses junk they didnt take care of. I feel sorry for the person that buys this heap at the price theyre selling it for.
They were awesome to deal with. Josh Bizzo helped us find a youth 4 Wheeler for our granddaughters birthday. We looked at several to make sure which one would be appropriate for her age. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Josh also made sure they had youth helmets and neck braces for when our son and wife bring her down to be fitted. We made one little girls birthday!

Called first thing in the morning asking if they had any youth atv. Sales guy said he would check and call me back. The next morning i called and had to explain everything to him. The sales person then told me they have been sold out of youth atv for a few weeks. So i went else where and bought a atv. The following morning i went inside to buy my son some riding gear and i see 4 new youth atv for sale. So i was looking at them and a sales person came up to me i asked hik when did they get these in. He then told me they have had them for 3 weeks. Very aggravating
Ordered the wrong tire for a dirt bike, took 30 minutes for him to find a street tire and was supposed to be in within 4 to 5 days and they were supposed to notify me and they didnt I had to call and they said oh yeah its here. I will not go back. Ill take my chances with online ordering. At least it will be cheaper

Do not get the service plan for anything you buy there. Oil changes take months to get done. They end up having your ride more than you do.
My wife and I had a bad experience while trying to make a purchase at this establishment. We are both hardworking people, and granted our credit is not the greatest but at the same token a phone call would of helped to let us know of any decision. We both called back several times and all we got back was we will call you back. We never got a call back. We where never asked if we had money to put down or even discuss other options. Ive done my best to support local businesses but it took us going outside of the local area and we got exactly what we wanted at a better price and financed with no issues and with a good interest rate. It just makes me think how many people have had the same experience.

Me and my family walked in to buy a cruiser bike we wasnt even greeted or approached by anyone working there i sat on three bikes getting the feel of which one i wanted no one asked if we needed help so after a bit we just walked out got in car and left sad because we have cash in hand for a bike and wanted to buy locally so i will take my business elsewhere from this point on.......edit the sales manager tyler contacted me on messanger and apologized for him and his sales crew overlooking me and my family that day so with that being said i am going to stop in and give them a try because of his actions today thank you tyler that was nice to hear from you maybe we can build a relationship as my step dad did with yall
Overall the folks are very friendly and seem to know what talking about, My complaint is how they handle recall work. I am sorry but if i buy any machine and it has a recall that should be handled before any routine work done, it should be put in immediately not made to wait three weeks for an appointment, especially after waiting over a month for the parts to get in. This is not something I want done it has to be done and it keeps me from being able to use my machine while waiting.
I have purchased four side-by-side’s from Stahlman Powersports they have been extremely great to work with and the service has been superb I would definitely go back when I’m ready to purchase another side-by-side I give them an A+

This shop is awesome. After having bad experience with Jim Trenary -few minutes from my house- I decided to give Stahlman a try -Even though they are 1hr away from my house-. The tuneup was fast, took couple hrs, and the price was reasonable. Few months after the tune up at Stahlman, my motorcycle started leaking oil. I took it back to Stahlman, and after I got it back found out the motorcycle was still leaking. Stahlman went above and beyond, sent their delivery guy to my house, took my motorcycle to their shop, fixed it at no charge this time, and brought it back to my house. I still did not try the motorcycle yet because of the winter but Im amazed by their great service. THEY CARE. My motorcycle and 20 other motorcycles are yours forever- Monte.

Took a kx450 down there because it wouldnt start one day. I dropped the bike off for my fiance with instructions to call him due to me not knowing anything about it. They were to diagnose the problem and call before they did any work. They were told that there was no antifreeze in it and it had the lines disconnected. When we got the bike back it was missing 2 fuel line clamps, 1 water pump hose clamp, had absolutely no antifreeze in it, and it now has oil blow by. When I called to try to get this resolved I was told that the service manager was not in as it was Saturday but that a text was being sent to him right away. They arent open on Mondays so I expected a call back today on Tuesday. I had to call and no one could find the service manager. I asked for Ethan who is the general manager. He assured me he would talk to the service manager and I would get a phone call back. Instead of a solution, I only got excuses. We paid almost $800 for them to adjust the cam chain, put a tire on, and a new chain on. Of course there was a variance of other small things that they did to the bike but nothing major. Being told that there was no antifreeze in the bike, they did not note that and ran it several times including loading the bike on the truck. If I was you, I wouldnt ever trust them with your stuff!

Superior customer service. Came from Paris, MO, to pick up Tommy Wormington RS1. Didnt get left out by mistake, messaged them via social media, and had a response within in a couple minutes. The GM came opened the gate to grab the RS1. This was around 9pm, never was crabby was glad to meet us and help us. SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
After installing a tube in my dirt bike they decided the proper pressure was 24psi, nearly double what my manual calls for. Unfortunately I figured this out after it caused me to wreck going into the first turn. Went in there to explain what happened and I was told 24psi is a good pressure for it and they offered no apologies. This is part of a pattern of discontent and holier then thou attitude that I received every time I went there. Never again will I go there, literally going to drive an extra 30miles so they dont destroy my bike or kill me. BTW every motocross racer knows you run around 10-14psi on a dirt bike so you guys must be really really dumb, or maybe your just drunk.
Was worst than when I took my bike in. It ran fine and now it dies by its self. Also took forever in the process and prices through the roof. Would not recommend

I had made an appointment for Saturday. Tires, oil change and brakes! When I get there the service department acted as if I was asking for TOO MUCH!!! I had an appointment. Drove thirty miles to be treated poorly......... will not happen again. If I couldve given ZERO stars I would have! I got tires but I wasnt important enough...... guess brakes and oil have to wait.

Its a pretty busy place but even so, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Servicing of bikes is always done well and on time. Ive never had a bad experience with them.
Great service at the parts and service counter. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Older parts are a bit harder to find and/or get, but is understandable in certain situations, as manufacturers only make parts for so long then they are obsolete.
We went to this business with cash in hand to purchase a bad boy lawn mower. We showed up at 3:15 on Friday afternoon and left at 4:00 without one person even saying hello. We walked around looked at every single machine and even stood at one for 15-20 minutes without being spoken to. When we decided to leave. You had two employees sitting behind us on two side by sides talking about their weekend plans. And a group of others around a guy on a side by side talking. I could understand if you was busy but unfortunately this wasnt the case. But now thankful you didnt want our money. We now have a 2017 bad boy elite 60 inch cut and gave it to a business that went above and beyond.

I was very pleased with the entire shops help they provided when i purchased my motorcycle. I bought a Honda CBR 1000 RR and the salesman was more then helpful with his knowledge of the bike and very willing to make a deal. I have bought numerous pairs of Oakleys and parts and the parts counter is very knowledgeable. anytime i need service, i get in and out quick. My entire experience there has always been A+!!

Friendly, ready-to-help staff combined with a great parts department in a local location makes for a great store. Im mostly there for parts, and they pretty much always have what I need, for pretty decent prices too. A well stocked showroom leaves me drooling as I walk around it.Im mostly a DIY guy, but I have used their service department a few times and they know what theyre doing.Overall, no complaints. I go to school here in Rolla and wont stop coming back for my dirt bike and street bike needs.

The guys at Stahlmans are top notch and after visiting a few times they know your name, thats rare in a dealership. Sales and Parts and Accessories are in my opinion the best departments. The guys in accessories can get just about anything you can think of and most of the time at a price competitive to online retail. I live about an hour away and usually make it a point to stop in any time I swing through Rolla.

Stahlmans has always been very helpful to me. I ordered all my parts through them, and they have a very large inventory of atvs and bikes to browse through as well. Their staff is very friendly and even while busy they were always very helpful and easy to work with. Stahlman Powersports has been very supportive of student design teams for years as well.

Let me start out by saying I DONT write reviews.THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO BUY AN ATV OR SIDE X SIDE. I was treated so great and they didnt waste my time with sales gimmicks. If you are debating if you should go out of state to save maybe 500 to a thousand bucks your wasting your time. Go to Stahlmans they will treat you like family and not try to sell you a bunch of BS. I will buy all of my utv and accessories from them. You wont be disappointed. This is a family owned business. Thank you everyone at Stahlmans for my great experience.

It took the service dept several attempts to fix a complicated issue, which is completely understandable, but they never followed thru putting simple wires and parts back where they belong (on all 3 separate occasions) and I nearly ruined my bike because of it. I would never set foot in that place again if they werent responsible for fixing what I already paid thousands of dollars for.

Ordered tires through them, and they said it would only take a week to get them in. They never called me to tell me they were in and anytime I called they told me the tires were not in. This went on for a month before I went to the store in person and they told me my tires had been sitting in the back for 3 weeks. Plus they didnt mention that they charge you per tire to put them on your bike.

I like Stahlman and probably average 10 or so visits a year. They are very helpful and willing to take time with me regarding parts, even for my old bikes. Ive never been ignored and they do remember me, at the parts counter anyway.Theyve always shipped in my parts within 3 or 4 days tops. They are also willing to work on the price with most products when you ask; they price match online retailers. The price matching alone keeps me coming back so I can afford to support/buy locally.Theyve mounted tires for me without issue and for a typical cost but I have no other experience with their shop. Their selection of apparel is OK, but Ive never cared much for their helmet selection (its a lot of lower end stuff), but they are a small store so they can only stock so much and there is not really much local demand for even moderately priced gear (Shoei, Arai, AGV, Alpinestars, Fieldsheer, etc).
