They mounted and balanced 4 new tires for me the other day. It did take them 2 hours to do it. Other than that, no complaints. Not a single scratch on my wheels either. Nice job. 👍

I went to get a full inspection on my vehicle. Explained to them that the Carfax says there is structural damage on the vehicle and I am not aware of any damage. I asked them to inspect and then put in writing if they found the damage, what the damage is, and an estimate for repair or put in writing that there I no structural damage. They asked why. I explained I was trying to sell the vehicle. If damage was found, I wanted the info for prospective buyers. If no damage was found, there are steps through Carfax to get the structural remark off the report. The two people I spoke to literally laughed at me and said they wouldnt do that.These people are not confident enough in their work to put it in writing. I wouldnt trust their work.

The customer service here is phenomenal. The employees are really great to work with and I was made to feel like they were most interested in giving me the best deal for my repairs and not at all just looking to take advantage in any way. Sometimes going to a repair shop as a woman can be intimidating but these guys were great to immediately make me feel welcome, comfortable, and confident and that was refreshing. The repairs were done quickly and my car looks like nothing ever happened. Ill definitely recommend them to friends and return if ever I should need repairs again.

When my Kia Sorento was attacked by a light pole, there was only one place to go. I immediately called the pros at Hi-Tech Collision to get it repaired. They are magicians! You cannot tell there was ever any damage. Their customer service is exceptional! Every person I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. The repairs were completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend Nick and his amazing crew. They are the very best! Their work speaks for itself.

Hi-Tech Collision is the only place I will trust to work on our vehicles. The are outstanding at what they do. I have, unfortunately, had to use their service with several vehicles. I say unfortunately because I have had to get a few dents fixed (it was the other guys fault) and Hi-Tech always does the right thing the first time. They take the time to make sure repairs are corrected and clean up your vehicle before they send it back to you. I am beyond particular and they always do the work to make it right.

Could not be happier with the work they did. Nick was super helpful, and got my car fixed a day earlier than he said he would. Highly recommend these guys, they do a great job.

These guys are really nice, thanks Nick! They fixed my car quickly and did an okay job, they left some minor scratches in the paint job they did and didnt fix a broken tab that was causing the corner of the bumper over the wheel well to pop out. The inside of the car was very nicely detailed, though. Their parking lot is terrible and needs to be redone...

The work was completed in the estimated time and my VW Tiguan looked great (inside and out) when I got it back. I appreciate the kindness shown to me during a stressful time. I had my first accident and was all over the place and lost. When I got to HI Tech collision they worked with me in figuring out what I had to do. I also had the privileged of having all my expenses covered by the other drivers insurance, American Family Insurance, and it was the most seamless process.The owner Nick was extremely professional and took care of my concerns really well. They were very kind and quick! I didnt expect my car to be ready for pickup when it did.Upon picking up my car after it was all fixed up, I just signed for it and they gave me the invoice to see what was done to the car and how much it was. I also received a lifetime warranty on those parts through them. I got into my car and they CLEANED it outside and in!! It smelled so good and the car was polished.Overall it has been a great experience. I hope to not get into another accident but I would go to them for any car repairs!

Ive just returned home from picking up my car after having bodywork done on it at High-Tech Collison. Not only is the bodywork superb but the exterior and interior of my car is spotlessly clean. Not a speck of dirt or bug goo anywhere! Such a rare thing to have that level of service. These folks are very friendly, helpful, and the work is excellent! Highly recommended!

Seriously, I will rank zero star if I could. Had really bad experience with them.. Made an appointment and confirmed the price with them, but they wanted to charge more when I brought in my car. I told him he promised me the price and schedule, and he just said they are too busy and changed his mind. I was so shocked, and asked him that we made the appointment and you refused to do what you promised, its a waste of my time. It was a surprise that he said I dont care what you think, you can go so I wont waste your time again. I asked how can you run a business by treating your costumers like this, he said he doesnt care, its his shop and he can do whatever he wants. He was rude and inpatient. It really sucks, never saw a person like him who treat the customers like that. Highly recommend the future costumers go for other places, to save your time and money. And doing business with such person, will ruin your day!

Picked my car up this afternoon, from Hi Tech. I had hit a deer the day before Christmas Eve. I have to say my car looks brand new, better than before I hit the deer. Everyone I spoke to on the phone from the lady that answered the phone to the technician (Nick) was super courteous. Have used other places in Rolla and been treated like an idiot because I am a woman. Nick was nice and took the time to walk me through all the repairs my car needed and how long it would take and was done just when they said it would be. If you need car repairs this is the place to go, will NEVER use any of the other shops again! Thank you guys, you will always have my recommendation!

My cars door needed a small amount of paint fading. It has a barely-visible decal on the bottom, which wasnt noticed by the staff until after the paint dried. Hi-Tech overnighted a replacement decal from the dealership and had it corrected immediately.I probably wouldnt have noticed such a minor detail for a long time, if at all. Its obvious these guys value honesty, which is paramount for automotive work of any kind. Take your car here!

They put in a new Switch so I can get the windows to go up and down they had it fixed in no time by the time I got home it was time to turn around and go back and get the car they did a great job thanks

If you want your car back to original or better condition, this is the place to send it to. I had both of my cars in accidents within three months and Im extremely satisfied.

I brought my new Audi here to get my brake calipers painted red. They did a wonderful high quality job, even finding OEM stickers to put over the paint so it looked like it came from the factory that way. They fully detailed my car after, and found a couple areas where the paint was scratched. They carefully buffed the areas to take out the blemish. They never charged for the detail or paint repair, and charged a fair price for the brake caliper work. I will gladly take my Audi back here in the future!
