I want To say thank you to TERRY C., MIKE R, COREY ENLOW and John Kelly. We were stranded here in rolla from 8am to 3pm. These men helped us not only get a part from a different franchise because they didn’t have it but they went the extra mile to lend us tools and help assist get out fuel pump locked in. If it weren’t for these guys we would still be stuck. So thank you so much and I will definitely call your district manager and email corporate and give them all the praise

We always use Autozone. They are super friendly and very helpful. No one can usually beat their price as well. Every time I call for a part they usually have it, if they don’t they will order it right away and I usually have it in a couple days. I recommend this place to use for any parts you need.

Attempted to order the same part on two separate occasions, both times visiting the store in person. Both times there was later no record of my order in their system and no part in stock. I was not going to attempt a third time, so will hopefully be taking my business elsewhere. I have not had an issue with other Autozone stores in the past, but have been nothing but unimpressed by this store.

Rolled in to AutoZone with our AC on the fritz. Paul came out to our car and helped us troubleshoot the issue. We couldn’t figure it out but he did give us an impeccable referral.

I was traveling from another state on my way home had some vehicle problems. Stopped in AutoZone in a little town called Rolla. They had 2 people working the counter and crazy busy. These guys were pretty good fast too. But they took the time to help get me back on our way. I think the manager was Paul and the other worker I didnt get his name young guy. They were awesome.They let us use tools and didnt have the right tools so Paul bought a multi screw driver so we could do our repair. All he said was I needed the screw driver at home. I dont think he needed it for real but he was great.Thank you AutoZone for helping us.

Use a wheelchair so it takes me some effort and time to get out. Called a head and I think it was mike ran me it out, got it read and came back with the print out! Awesome service and very accommodating. The code was just my gas capp so he tighten it for me and I was on my way!

I needed a battery for a self propelled bush hog (DL brand) and the stall was very helpful to get an equivalent model.Great service.

Actually Im gonna bump you guys up to a 4 star rating because yall did tell me where to find what I was looking for and it was a fair price and I didnt have to wait in line.

They had what I wanted and were friendly and helpful.

While AutoZone is not a frequent stop for me, the staff is always knowledgeable about automotive parts and supplies. Their willingness to go the extra mile is deeply appreciated. When my whole-house generator failed to start during severe weather, AutoZone was quick to test the battery for me. Even though they didnt carry the battery I needed, the staff did all they could to locate another source. Instead of a week long wait and a 3 hour drive, I had the replacement battery delivered to my door in just days. Not many stores will send a customer to a competitor for what they need. AutoZones concern was to meet my need, even though it didnt result in a sale for them.

Corey is a good employee a few of the other longer time employees are rude and never acknowledges me.

Polite and knowledgeable staff, if they cant answer it they can absolutley reccomend someone who can. Always greeted with a smile and took a look at a problem I had and helped me to figure out where and what i needed to do next.

Their parts manager, Corey is a great guy and always quick to help me out. On the other hand, their janitor, John Kelly is a completely disrespectful creep who likes to gawk at my girlfriend and puts her in uncomfortable and awkward situations.by more or less forcing hugs on her.

I was about 2 hours from home when my F250 threw a battery light. I stopped in here with my family in the truck to discover that my alternator was dead. Unfortunately they did not have the correct one in stock but they helped me locate one just down the road and even drove me a mile away to get the new one. Thanks Ken and I believe it was Paul for all of their help!

I was looking to buy a universal sun visor replacement for my Honda and the employee recommend I check out amazon or OReillys. Good place to buy car batteries.

Friendly, so helpful. Our keys got locked in the car, and they came out and brought couple items that could reach the switch and unlock door through the slightly opened window

Place is ok but personnels dont know much about parts or product they are selling.. I think they better hire mechanics or older people that has a lot of knowledge about vehicle parts

Yes, belive it or not that how these guys prove to me that they care about their customers time.I never been upset with them simply because they would do their best to help you.
