Me and my girlfriend went and we both ordered the Turkey bacon avocado, but instead we both got a avocado blt. I also ordered a green chilies bagel and they gave me a 3 cheese instead, even though they had plenty chili bagels great of the order was fine...

Pro tip. Six cheese double toasted with butter. Large Carmel macchiato.Good cookies. Good wraps.

They are amazing and nice people who work here. I would give five stars but a few times the coffee was made different than my order. Still amazing!

I love the Nova Lox, and Carrie (I think I remember her name correctly) is one of the nicest workers at the place. She always knows my name and has good conversations with me.

I go here most days with my student plan. The girl I mainly see there has learned my name and my coffee order. Obviously makes me feel like I mean something as a regular.I love the healthy options and the coffee tastes great too. They also usually have my order out quickly and I can run to class. Except for earlier in the mornings though: the line can reach out the door.

Nicest people ever! They dropped my bagel while making it and then they made me a new one, and then I dropped the bagel grabbing it and they made me a new one! Theyre too nice!

Ive been coming here for as long as Ive gone to MST, and as always the food is delicious, but not super healthy and is a little overpriced. But nonetheless delicious.

The staff is mostly incompetent. They fail to follow the simple instructions that they write down(ie. Slice like bread). The milk is often expired and the cream cheese is often warm. Overall avoid this place.

I really like the food, but it takes forever to get it. I waited about 25 minutes before I saw them start making my food.

I havent been to many Einstein Bros stores, but this ones okay. It has bad and good days. Sometimes the bagels are stale, sometimes they put like a milligram of cream cheese on the bagels, but, overall, its okay. Source: hungry college student
