A great place to get your hair cut!We take our boys here to get their haircuts and the ladies are amazing. I highly recommend Tara, Ashley or Christy for a haircut.If I could could give ten stars I definitely would!!

I had the privilege to watch the new girl of the salon do a hair cut on a woman after she grew her hair back after chemotherapy. The lady came in worried because her hair hadnt fully came back and after a little bit of coaching from another hair dresser she did an awesome job doing her hair cut and watching the woman feel pretty again and how excited she was at how it turned out was awesome I would recommend this salon to anyone because of the light they bring to the shop

Received a choppy haircut which was much shorter than the stylist and I discussed, after several unsuccessful attempts to even it out. If I had to guess, she was learning the trade, and I was the practice head. That’s great, but this was a critical haircut for me, and I would have appreciated a “heads up”. I should have known by all the practice dummies with choppy fades and the general lack of cleanliness of the equipment (hair cut pros are known to clean their buzzers between clients or at least brush off the hair). I find it unprofessional on the management to not inform or obtain consent from the customers before being used as a training session.

The ladies here are amazing. I have never had a bad experience here. I have been going for several years now. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Great job today. I brought in a picture for her to work off which was totally different from my sons present cut. She looked at it, said no problem, and gave him a cut we both were very happy with. Kudos!

I asked for a layered haircut on top and short on the sides, i even showed them the picture of how long i wanted it, and they completely ignore it and cut my hair above my eyebrows, after she messed up my hair i showed her the picture of the length it was supposed to be and she said nothing.

My visit to the salon today was great. Im one of the few people that still has their hair permed. Tara did an amazing job with my hair. I love it!

I havent gone here yet but the customer service is amazing! I had a lot of questions about hair and Tara was able to help me with everything. Cant wait to get my hair done!

I asked for a specific style showed an image plenty clear and large enough and ended up with absolutely nothing what I asked for after getting home and rinsing hair its faded and cut horribly uneven so much so that it cant be fixed

Drove 30 minutes to get a haircut to walk in to a store with 2 barbers standing there doing nothing and tell me they were appointment only. Seems to me they didnt want any business as it was 15 minutes to close. Dont even bother.

Ashley has always been professional, friendly and complimentary. Im satisfied each time she cuts and styles my hair. I havent waited long each time I visit.

Grab, tug, pull the customers head so you do not have to move. Felt like I was being moved through the process like cattle in a slaughter house. Worst experience ever.

My cosmologist was Ashley. She was extremely friendly and done an amazing job on my hair. She did exactly what I asked for and protected my hair prior to coloring. Then she cut it exactly how I asked. Absolutely happy with her service and work!

I love coming to see the girls. Tara has done my hair almost 2 years now from cuts to color. She is amazing with peek-a-boo color. Each time I come it with a color idea and tell her to have fun. NEVER DISAPPOINTED! She is amazing.

The hostess was rude a.f., not professional at all.I assumed it was a bad day for her so I brushed it off, but then I waited over an hour for a haircut only for them to take another walk in that had came in afterwards simply because they knew them. Obviously, I left at that point. 🙁 ( this was before the quarantine.) Just havent had the time to post.

I have been going their for a little over a year and I absolutely love Veronica! She always does my hair and its not easy as I have extremely thin hair. The workers are always so very customer friendly. Would highly recommend!

There was alot of people and it went quickly, but my bangs were crooked. It was so noticable that I got teased about it and people would stare. It got so bad my mom had to cut it herself, she has no haircutting experience and did better. And I asked for a 3 on the sides and I got about a 6.

Nice people, professional. They record notes from precious visits so that you dont have to memorize the exact instructions every time. Neat!

Absolutely the worst experience waiting to get a haircut. They let 4 people walk in and get their haircut while I was waiting for over 40 minutes with an appointment.

Ive always had a good experience here. Good cut and the girls are always friendly,but after my visit yesterday I will NOT be going back!My hair is the worst it has ever been in all of my life. Ive never had such a bad hair cut in my life!I look like I let a 5 year old have a pair of scissors and let the child start chopping away!Id post a pic but Im too embarrassed to be seen like this! Now Ive got to find someone who will be willing to try and fix what is left of my hair!I dont know what happened this visit,but its never going to get my business or great tips ever again!

I use Cost Cutters regularly. I get waxed, my hair trimmed/cut, and my personal favorite my hair dyed vivid colors. They are always kind and knowledgeable. They give advice and work with me to get that I want done.

My husband has finally walked out of this place for the last time. They give great cuts, but the wont take appointments for just a haircut. The told him they do take a call ahead an hour before and treat it as an appointment. After waiting 45 minutes or more for him to get his hair cut the last 4 times we called ahead today. They left him waiting 30 minutes after his appointment time and then, when he was the only one left and they were ready to cut his hair the girl who was supposed to cut it walked out and went to lunch and left him sitting there.

Jana Hager did my hair she did a great job I have the hair like Harry Potter. I didnt feel a pull she didnt complain and it seemed like I was only there for about 5 mins. Definitely going back soon.

I took daughter there today. She had really long hair. I asked for a long bob with swoop bangs, I wanted it about shoulder length. The lady was nice, but I am not happy with the cut. My daughters hair was a lot shorter than I wanted, its not even, and theres no swoop bangs. We were only there for about 15 minutes, I dont think that is long enough to cut someones hair that was that long. There was no one else waiting, you would think a little extra time to make my ten year olds hair even couldnt have hurt. I wont go back.

Not pleased at all. I went here to do a hair donation and thought it would be difficult to mess up cutting off pony tails and then evening it out but they did! The lady kept getting it even shorter and shorter and now one side looks fine while the other is longer in the front, quite short in the middle and then longer in the back. My only option to fix it is even it all out with the shortest part which would make it super short (like not even to the bottom of my ears). Once the pony tails were cut off, the hair was just above my shoulders. I dont even know how she did this! Horrible experience and despite doing a hair donation and got a terrible cut, I was charged full price. Avoid this shop at all costs. After lamenting to my husband and him talking with people at his work, they all recommend Taras Day Spa. Ill give them a try as soon as I decide if I am going to have a super short bob or once my hair grows out a bit.

Ill never go back again. Always a 45 minute plus wait for a walk in. Made an appointment and had to walk out because I had already waited 30 minutes past my appointment time. Apparently youre not going to be served in a timely manner unless youre there for a $50 styling.

I got a horrible hair cut here this week. When the guy asked for help from his coworker she acted like it was putting her out. He only asked for help after he just kept cutting and cutting it shorter. I will never go back.
