My friend and I went in for matching tattoos. We got matching script that was small and pretty simple. We walked in to make and appointment and one of the artists who goes by Critter told us to message the Facebook page to set an appointment. I did that and booked the two of us for 2:00 a few days later. My friend and I show up about 20 minutes early and no one knows anything about our appointment. I told the owner we spoke with Critter and had an appointment at 2:00. She had someone call him and he got to the shop at around 2:15. I don’t know if he forgot about us or what happened. He never explained. It took him a long time to get set up. I didn’t get in the chair till about 2:45. The tattoo was a lot more painful than my other tattoos. I understand I got it in a more sensitive place but the aggressive wipes with a dry paper towel were unnecessary. It’s only been 2 weeks so it hasn’t fully healed yet but it’s taking longer than normal to heal. After he was finished with my tattoo he placed the stencil on my friend and left the shop to go get some food or something. It was kinda weird to be left in his tattoo room by ourselves for so long. He came back about 25 minutes later and then had to clean before he could start her tattoo. The whole time both of us were there he was listening to a Christian podcast. The topics discussed in the podcast were pretty heavy. My friend is not Christian and found it rather offensive. We could have said something but the last thing you want to do is offend the guy that’s about to permanently ink you. We ended up being there till around 5:00 for two shop minimum tattoos. His time management was very poor. Overall there were several red flags and we should have just walked away.I love the owner and I love the shop everything was clean and it smelled very nice. I’ve had work done by Shauntelle and she was very kind and professional. I just can’t recommend Critter.Two months later I returned to the shop and they owner apologized for our bad experience. She told me how what to use to help heal the tattoo better and offered to touch it up for free if it ever fades. I highly recommend requesting Shauntelle if you go to this shop. She is very professional and has a good work ethic.
Wonderful atmosphere and the place smelled Amazing.I felt completely comfortable the whole time. The tattoo artist, Shauntelle, gave me exactly what I wanted. If you want something amazing I highly recommend coming here, hands down.
Shauntelle just did a wonderful cover up on my back. She was very friendly and a great artist. The atmosphere of the shop was awesome. Very clean. Definitely check them out.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I’ve personally had a tattoo and henna brows done here. My daughter has had her ears and navel piercings. Every time we come in the door we are greeted with a smile. It is very clean and sanitary. I think their prices are very fair. It’s a very talented, professional group of people.

My artist Shauntelle was super sweet. She listened to my requests was able to whip me up a quick tattoo design as well as take my ideas and requests for future work and understand what I was trying to go for..**I understand people have off days but I feel like this needs to be mentioned. There was a simple mix up. 2 artists had 2 consultations at the same time and I was mistakenly assigned to Shauntelle when I had actually spoke to Corey (sp?) in messenger. When Corey walked in 10 minutes late to the time scheduled to start he pointed me out and when I said I was with Shauntelle he very rudely was all fine and stormed out slamming the door. Shauntelle was very professional and before the door slam and everything were trying to correct the situation by her switching out. She even called out loudly trying to prevent his leaving. There were other people in the shop that needed help as well. I felt so bad. I want to point out the parlor was busy. There was another person she was talking too while I was waiting. I had waited while while she scheduled another client for a consult. Like... I would have, until the door slam, been happy to switch. I almost left honestly but Shauntelle and another girl whose name I do not know where very nice and apologetic. And I didnt want to hold one artists actions against the whole business.I want to point out that he never told me his name when we messaged and in fact that way he spoke when I asked about getting work done made me think that there wasnt anyone else available. I feel this whole situation could have been avoided by a simple my name is....

Words really can’t explain how awesome this shop is. Every time I go in the atmosphere is great and everyone that works there is friendly and kind. Their artwork is top notch and their professionalism is outstanding. Shauntelle has been doing my tattoo artwork for three years now, and as long as she’s tattooing I’ll be getting more artwork done by her. I will Never go anywhere else.

Best shop ive been in, in years. Very professional and the staff are super friendly. They always make sure you are getting the best care and best service possible, every time. Me, my boyfriend and my stepdaughter all go there and they treat us like family. I would highly recommend anyone go in and honestly get anything done by anyone. I had my septum pierced on June 13 by Bethany I messaged the Facebook page because I had Jewelry preferences and wanted to know if that was okay and if they had that particular jewelry available to pierce with. I had no issues through messenger for that appointment. Once I arrived for my appointment I filled out the paperwork and Brittney called me to her area. The Jewelry she chose for me (not the one I wanted even though I messaged the shop ahead of time of my preference) was not sterilized. It was in with a bunch of different jewelry. This is my second piercing so I did not realize at the time that was a big no no. Once in the chair things went a little smoother, Brittney showed me the packaged needle and everything. Once the piercing was done she dropped the ball that goes onto the end... agin, it was not sterilized. Once everything was done she instructed me to clean it with Saline 1X a day. I ended up cleaning it 2Xs a day and I avoided touching it unless it was to clean it. I’ve had an infection since day 4. I also have a doctors appointment for this infection today. I went to a few shops to get second opinions on this piercing and I also found out from all of them that I was pierced to low that it was incorrect placement. Overall Bethany was polite and I did learn that I liked the way I look with a septum piercing, but I’m completely bummed that I thought I researched this shop well enough.

This young lady, Shauntelle is so very good and her dedication to sterilizing her tools puts you at ease. Her work is above and beyond. Great soft personality, easy to talk to and so helpful. She doesnt cost near as much as she is worth, and her parlor...Its open and spacious, beautifully decorated and the colors are burgundy and black. It is very trendy and great on the eye.She is gentle when giving you that special piece of art you want on you, which helps a lot. Mine did not hurt and healed up in 5 days and its perfect. Dont go to other places looking for a tattoo, when you can call the Parlour and be assured of a ideally premium and artistic piece of body art, up to date equipment, takes debit/credit cards and an excellent artist with a gentle hand. I am ridiculously picky and I have absolutely no complaints and I love my small cat behind my ear. She did it exactly as I had imagined.
I got my first tattoo a few months ago and it looks great! It couldn’t have turned out better. Everyone there is super upbeat and friendly; I am definitely getting my future work done there.

I have received multiple tattoos from this shop and just went in to have my eyebrows microbladed. It took me over a decade to find a shop and artist(s) I was comfortable with and trust. As long as Shauntelle keeps her doors open I will go nowhere else. The workers there are amazing, caring people who truly love their job. They are talented artists who actually take time to get to know you and listen to you. They’re not just after your money they want to give you a great experience. I have many more tattoos planned in my future and I will let no one touch my skin but the artists at The Parlour.

After reading many good reviews about this shop on Google, I decided to go and have my septum pierced. I had had it pierced previously, but it was very lopsided so I ended up taking it out because it just did not look good. I called and talked to Shauntelle and told her about it all and made an appointment to have it redone. When I got there, she examined it and noticed that I was not even pierced in the correct place and that was why my first one did not look right. She felt and found the right place, clamped it, and placed a new, perfect piercing in my septum. Im so happy with it!! This is what I wanted when I got it done the first time and I am glad that it is finally done right! I plan on coming back for some tattoo work as well! 10/10 I reccomend The Parlour.

Amazing! Fantastic! Wonderful!My boyfriend and I went in for Friday the 13th tattoos. For anyone who’s ever visited a tattoo parlor on this special day knows it’s going to be packed. And it was. The kind woman behind the desk was upfront yet nice about letting us know there was going to be a two - three hour wait. We filled out our forms and left to go have dinner. We decided to go back and wait the rest of the time. They had fun music, lots of comfy seating, and just an all around great atmosphere. Along with the well thought out flash art on special, they also offered themed cupcakes and punch. Really clean and funky (in the good way) all over the place. Although I did ask the women behind the desk about 5 times, “How much longer?” She never once showed irritation or snark. She very professionally told me how many were ahead of us and an estimated wait time. Once an artist was available, he took us back and got started. Our artist was Elyie, he treated this “small flash sale” tattoo just as I’m sure he would any other with no biased attitude toward the discounted price. My boyfriend said he would like color and Elyie jumped on the opportunity to expand a small outline into a colorful work of art. He had amazing customer service skills and was a blast to talk to. And more importantly, he had all the answers to the many questions we asked. Super nice guy, the kind you’d like to get to know more. Overall; yes, we had to wait and... IT WAS SO WORTH IT! This was our first time at The Parlour and we can’t wait to go back! We’re already planning our next tattoos! Thank you to all of the staff and for putting so much effort and heart into this special day! ❤️
This is the only place I will take my daughter to get her piercings done. Shantel is the only one I have dealt with there. She was accommodating, reassuring, and patient with my daughter.
Awesome place!! Had my eyebrows tattooed and they look fabulous! People ask me what product am I using for my eyebrows bc they look GREAT! When I tell them they are tattooed they have to look closer bc they thoughts my eyebrows were REAL!! I get daily compliments! So I would recommend anyone to get makeup tattooing with the Parlour tattoo!

Shauntelle gave me a smiley piercing. I had called the day before several times with no response. Then I Facebookd them with questions. They responded within 30 minutes. I would ding them for not answering the phone, however, The next day they called back. I walked-in, and Shauntelle was very accommadating, friendly, and helpful. She gave her professional opinion and advice and provided a pleasant environment. All the staff seemed nice and professional as well as well-versed in their craft. Definitely would recommend.

Went in to get a $25 shamrock with two other people. Was told it would take an hour, then after two and a half hours of waiting and the artist playing on her phone, we finally asked and was told it would “still be a while”. The workers were absolutely no help at all and we wasted a whole night waiting.
Extremely hygienic and kind. Several weeks since a cartilage piercing and it is healing very well. I will be back for a tattoo.
Our appontment was at 4 pm the artist did not start drawing the outlines on paper until 6pm (we sent them ahead of time) we were at the shop from 345 pm to 10:15pm for three tattoos that were not great detail. dont get me wrong the art work was good but the work ethic and professionalism if this shop was very poor. During our time there many people from off the street came in and talked with the artist which is fine if you continue to work on the client your with! There is alot of qestionable individuals wandering about outaide and in and out of the shop.the was another artist in the shop not working and stomping on the floor to music as our artist was tattooing, shaking the building. The thing us we drive 2 hours to a shop that we read the reviews and were utterly disappointed. overall i felt the work was good but the organization and structure of the shop was very poor, we would never return and do not recommend unless you have a whole day to waste.
