Really nice!! But Very Inconsiderate and irresponsible staff! Order books from them, ended up losing the shipment and they had to reorder a new shipment which took an additional two weeks.. (which inst there fault) My issue is, they knew the Financial Aid deadline was coming up between that time and you can no longer purchase books using financial aid! They knew it was a chance that our books could of exceed the deadline and They didnt bother to tell anyone a head of time.. which cause me to buy the book out of pocket... They could of purchased the book using my financial aid before the deadline, and I could of just pick it up later.. but they didnt bother to warn anyone... instead they waited to until I walked in..

Great little shop. The staff are very friendly and helpful and happy to explain things. The prices are a bit steep, but honestly Ive never seen a college bookstore where they werent.

The guys are always friendly and get to you as soon as they can. I go there for all of my ECC books.
