They have changed around their print me items. They are done on the individual copiers verses behind the counter anymore. So you have to have a debit card to be able to print your copies.

Bait and Switch Prices! Internet prices apparently do not apply to in store items. Verified higher price at register and declined purchase. Would they match the price? Did not care to ask, do not care to do business with such a company. I can wait 36 hours to get it cheaper from Amazon.

Ordered Christmas cards for the first here. Not a good experience. I was told Id get an email or call when they were ready, but got no email or call. I had to call and find out what was going on with my order.Paid 22 dollars for 25 cards, which isnt bad, but the cards were a mess. They were all scratched up and it looks like they were cut by hand, so several of the cards couldnt be used or sent. Quite a disappointment 😕 for the price. Wont use them again; Ill use internet or stick with Walmart.

The covid 19 protocol spelled out on their web page does not mention anything about mandating masks for everybody entering the store. Very concerning for the safety and well-being of everybody.

They had pretty much everything I needed but I wanted my office stuff to have my pink theme but they only had black or silver. On the other hand, employees were very friendly and helpful. And while they didnt have pink pen holders, they did have cool ones that I would have never imagined existed before. 🙂

Last year they created a poster for me. This year, they refused to do so stating it was too time consuming and they were always running behind. I suggested they hire more help if they had that much backlog of customers.

The customer service at the copy area was superb. The cashier was knowledgeable and attentive..

Beware if you are getting anything laminated and it’s one of a kind. Took a nap in to get laminated and it came out horrible. So bad they tore the map and taped it back together. It was extremely wrinkled and creased. They still had the Nerve to charge me 22$ even after destroying my map.

No one asked to help me find anything. The notebooks were in a strange location, there were out of the kind I needed and they products I ended up getting were very overpriced. If I hadnt procrastinated and needed the products the next day, I could have got them online for much cheaper.

I visited this place to send a couple items by fax. The attendant in the fax/copy/print area was arguing with her boyfriend on her phone and wasnt paying any attention at all to me or the other customers waiting for her assistance.
