The last two times i’ve been there, the man working was unbelievably rude. We said hello when we walked in BOTH TIMES and he just glares. He doesn’t say a word and was just very off putting to my family and I.

Do not get donuts that have icing, even after multiple requests, the employees still cannot understand that placing items on top of set icing is not something that should be done. While this may sound trivial, it shows there is a lack of basic training (or understanding) from the management as to simple baking or confectionary skills.

Best time to go is in the middle of the night - super fresh at 3am and usually a full selection! But regardless of when you go, these are the best donuts in town for sure 🍩❤️

Ive gone here for years and I love to support small local businesses. However, this morning, I pulled up and could see through the windows that employees were not wearing masks. So, I went to a different small local business where employees and customers were all wearing masks.

The creme puffs are the bomb, we used to go here a lot before school for donuts and coffee, made a lot of good memories in there

Love this place. The doughnuts are always fresh and not the frozen kind. They just melt in your mouth. I have not had one I didnt like here. Rolla has two great doughnut shops and I hope both can survive. Both shops have specialties that they excel at. I love the crispy apple fritters and the fruity pebble iced doughnuts.

Great little donut shop! Whenever we come through Rolla, we try to stop in at the Donut King and get some freshly made donuts. We especially love the double chocolate cake donuts and the toasted coconut donuts. This place is always a special treat for us.

This is a great place, I grew up coming to the shop for every road trip and the same hard working man has been there for years now, he remembers me and my sister and always asks where the other one is when one of us goes in, this is a place I want to take my kids ine day, long story short the store is a piece of my childhood and Im great full for the memories of the most delicious donuts in town.

My town hasnt had a good fresh donut available like the Donut Kings for years.Donut Kings superior treats satisfy my desire when I really want a good Vanilla Long John or a Glazed Donut. Their Apple Fritters and Blueberry filled Jellys are mighty fine. If Donut King were in my town, I would find a reason to stop by daily to visit with the friendly staff while taking in as many donuts as I can. By the way, Im a yeast donut person. Ill be boxing up the Double Chocolate Cake Donuts and the likes for the family, who really enjoy them. For now, the 18 miles between my doorstep and Donut King keeps my sugar in check.

We stop here every trip. The quality is going down hill. Not sure if they might have changed owners. Twin boys under 14 running the front, no adults in sight, stale donuts...

Was traveling back to Texas and stopped here. Did not disappoint! The donuts were fresh and the breakfast sandwiches where very good.

The last few experiences at Donut King have been unpleasant. The first time my wife got back in the car with an order that should have been around $8.00, but was charged over $14.00. The most recent time I was given the wrong flavor of donut holes. I guess maybe I should watch more closely. I guess I just took for granted that someone could read the word blueberry. Good attention to detail is a quality that is very important when it comes to dealing with money and food, and they dont seem to be very good at either. I will not be returning.

Best donuts ive ever had. The apple crumb is what my wife and I always make sure to get when were there. the french delights are delicious as well. We will make a day trip just to come to Rolla for Donut King and Alexs Pizza and always make sure to take plenty home for the family.

Always nice. The best time to arrive is 0400 - 0600 as the first batch in the morning is great. The donuts are always fresh.

Donut King is the restaurant most towns wish they had. Donut King is also a godsend for those college students who stay up late, or need a late night sugar fix.What makes Donut King so great is the fact that their donuts are fresh and authentic. To me, nothing compares to snacking on a Sugared Donut fresh from the kitchen. Each time I visit Donut King the experience is better and better, as are the actual donuts. A must have if youre in Rolla.

As a college student and Townie this place is awesome. They are open super late and their donuts are great even when they arent straight from the kitchen. For best results, go around 1:00 AM and buy a bottle of whole milk. You wont regret it. Waaaaaay better than anywhere else in Rolla.
