I love the Family Center. They are so helpful and just wonderful people. They are like extended family. They know you by name and usually your family as well.

SoI was in getting some parts for my saw and the counter guy was helpful but he just had this additude that he didn’t want to deal with anyone. It may have been his personality but it came off as rude. I listened to him talk to someone on the phone for 10 minutes and it was at tome uncomfortable to listen to. Thenhe finally got to me and when I asked a question he made me feel stupid for asking.

The attendant Jennifer was very helpful and told me where I might find what I was looking for she took time to stop doing a setup that she was doing and help me very helpful lady

Customer service is great here, I called ahead to make sure they had a 16ft cow panel available and they did. It was super easy buying it and the young man outside help me load and tie it down.

I used to love shopping here . However tonight a very tall young lady working in the womans department had a childish fit and was rude. I almost put my stuff down and just walked out. I will never set foot in this store again.

Our visit Sunday was for wite panels and we snapped a picture of what we wanted with the uPC number and price. We were over charged by the young lady and when we asked she responded with oh they must have changed the price

I’ve been here several times. Nothing real great, nothing real terrible most of the times. This last time though, I took 2 chainsaw blades to get sharpened. They ended up only needing to sharpen 1 so only charged me for the 1. Could have easily charged me for 2.

This store has just about everything. We love having it in our town. Anything you need to be country and live on a farm it has. The prices are a little high, but you get what you pay for. I would rather pay a high price and get something of great quality. We boy equipment here and clothing and even housing materials they have it all. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

I went in for the first time yesterday and found a lot of things Ive had on my list. I was surprised by the volume of different things available here. Plants, supplies for all manner of pets and even a section with saddles! The staff was friendly and helpful and Ill definitely be back soon.

My favorite place to get what I need.

Bought the wrong kind of Diamond dog food. With receipt in hand they happily exchanged for the right Diamond Chicken with rice food. Tomahawk and Mist Me were so happy! They know when we get back they get a couple NutRNips by Wholesomes or maybe a new knuckle to chew on! Family Center keeps our Dobies happy! Love the jams, they carry sugar free jam as well. The store also sells the best beets you can find, my tastebuds tell me more! Next time you stop by grab a quart of pickled beets before you leave!

Its a new place for me to visit but it was nice and friendly and we found what we were looking for.

I was shopping for work boots, and it took me a minute to find someone who could help me. The staff wasnt very knowledgeable about their products.

The employees are friendly and dont have an attitude if you need something like a lot of places. The selection of everything from clothing/boots to housewares, hardware, pet supplies, horse tack, livestock feed,tools or lawn and farm equipment is expansive and cheaper than other places. Ive shopped at family center for years and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Im a big guy and its hard to find clothing that fits. They carry Carhartt brand and I always find my size. They carry a lot for farm and home plus things in the middle. Always friendly and helpful.

Wow this store has everything! Kitchen gadgets, clothes, hats, boots, tools and supplies for just about anything you can think of. Have lots of time because there is so much to look at.

We have used Family Center for gardening supplies, bird feed, boots, and various odds & ends for years. The store is a big part of our life here in Rolla and the staff is always helpful and courteous whenever we need help or have a question. They’re service department for small engine repairs and service is top notch and very expeditious in their service and work.

They have a one year warranty on boots that have manufacturer defects that you have bought from them. Took a pair back in and they gladly refunded my money. We will definitely continue to shop there!

Great store, wonderful local products. Its packed with tools, farm equipment, work apparel, boots, gloves, local eats, power equipment, and more. Great business, prices on tools are a little high, but otherwise flawless. They do have chicks at certain times of year.

Love this place!! They have a nice selection of ranch/ cowboy clothing.I went in looking for specific jeans & size for my son & found just what we had purchased at a store near Kansas City!! I didnt want to have to go to a very large store & sift through 50 lines of clothing to get what see needed!Nice friendly people working the day we were their & helpful !!Also found hardwear to hang a large white board & mirror, just what I ask for & they had this also monkey hooks. Will be back when in town to look at their shoe dept.

So this place aint terrible. I had a less than tasteful encounter with a staff member that works there while I was boot shopping one day. I vowed to take my business elsewhere and made good on that promise. But there are some good things about this store, they have tons of stuff for just about anything or any situation you encounter. Seriously, go in one day and take a look around.

The family center has been providing excellent products for years they may not be the absolute cheapest location for somethings but they are always competitive and always seem to have the right stuff. The staff is friendly and the store is organized in a reasonable manner. I’ve been a big fan for decades. They are also our local steel and Husqvarna dealer as well as carrying Carhart clothing.

One of my favorite hardware stores! A must visit.

This store is improved, IMO, since about 2015, when they changed the store around.They have a decent selection and some oddball items that I thought Id never find. Fasteners (well organized), motor brushes for power tools, power equipment parts including chainsaw parts and mower tires, fencing items, feed, veterinary medications, ammunition, baler parts, wood stove parts, just all kinds of useful stuff. Steel trailer fenders too. Just wish they had dynamite - I need to lift some stumps out of the ground.Another thing I like is that the store isnt ginormous like your usual big-box store. So I can get in and out reasonably easy.

Excellent selection over a wide range of useful items, and lots of stuff thats just plain fun and/or nostalgic. Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable staff. You can get in and out quick if youre on a mission, or just enjoy looking around if youve got the time.
