Everyone is helpful and explained exactly how to operate the equipment. Quick response when loved one needed to be on oxygen. Thank you for handling all the ppwk so we could just concentrate on our mom.

This place is incompetent. It took me 30 mins to get a sleep apnea mask and it was twice the price as amazon! That was not the price I was told a few months ago!

I visited the location in Rolla Missouri today as the patient I work with had ripped his mask, upon arrival there is a sign stating to call before entering to be screened, you call the number and a person named Ashley or Amber answers asking if you have an appointment and tells you if you dont then there is nothing that she can help with today and gets a horrid attitude. Now with having a cpap mask that is torn can/will be an emergency as sleep apnea although low but can be fatal as she was advised she then again stated without an appointment there is nothing she can do. She then asked if I would like speak to a manager and I agreed she put me on hold then disconnected, when called back someone picked up and disconnected again, the third call she answered and I stated that I had been disconnected 2 times and she remarks with the manager Carl is coming out to talk with you I see him walk out just at that time so I said thanks and disconnected. Carl asks about the mask, I gave him the information from the mask and patient and advised about the visit thus far he said the option I choose sends the call to a warehouse and they disconnect a lot, thats the same option i choose all 3 times I called and was told his name so how would the warehouse know he was coming out to meet me and give me his name (nice try on covering for your rude employee), he went to the building for a few minutes then came out with a brand new one and told me that my patient was eligible for a new one and they had taken care of the paperwork. Huge shout out to Carl for the help even though he lied for his employee.

I chose Lincare for my breathing supplies because they were somewhat local and breathing supply companies are hard to find.PRO: I received nebulizer supplies within a few days.CON: They would NOT supply me tubing for my oxygen concentrator unless i entered into a new agreement to rent a new home oxygen tank from them!! I kept telling Lincare that i don’t need a tank, i just need the tubing for the tank i already have which works just fine!. Lincare had the audacity to tell me to go on Ebay and buy the tubing myself!CON: My Doctor sent a request to Lincare for a new Nebulizer for me. Mine is old and making noises. It needs replaced. Two weeks passed without word from Lincare. No nebulizer, no call!I finally called and Lincare told me they never received a request from my doctor. Not true as i was in front of my dr when they sent the request!It took a LOT of back and forth between myself and rude Lincare rep before i FINALLY got her to agree to call my doctor to find out where the missing request is. Someone at Lincare initially let me fall through the cracks.Yet another week goes by without any word from Lincare. I called and spoke to manager who told me that they were unable to fulfill my needs as a patient and i would be referred back to my doctor.SUMMARY: Poor customer service and terrible experience!**RESPONSE TO LINCARE RESPONSE**Wow! Your response is assuming quite a bit and far off target.I don’t know why but I expected if you took the time to respond to what people are saying that you would include “Gee i am sorry you fell through the cracks and please give us the opportunity to provide future services to you” All i can say is Lincare stands up to its reputation😢

I didnt have a very positive relationship with lincareI returned the breathing mask about two weeks ago and still am getting phone calls about ordering supplies.why would i need supplies when i return the mask?and twice they took money from my bank account without my ok

My husband couldnt get any help with use of his mask, he was told to call an 800 number. They said they d send him a different mask, when it came it was the same one. Also were billing the wrong insurance co. When I complained, the receptionist said oh.We returned the equiptment and changed to apria.
