Yeah find somewhere else for gas. Broken pumps with missing hoses and screens. What a mess

I have never seen a gas station with so many technical issues, damage pumps and unsafe environment. How come to pay with credit card inside you must insert credit card three times for the machine to work? The teller has the instructions already set, it can walk you through the procedure with a lot of confidence. To get an idea of the terrible conditions, here is the winning picture of one pump with an screen hanging in there. Looks like the tape could not get it together and the key pad doesnt work to put pin or zip code... But thinking about better I think it will be very unsafe... The whole place its messy and dirty. I thought this pandemic will make business owner to be more mindful...

Restrooms out of order… again

Half the pumps don’t and work with no out of service sighn on the pumps i had to restart my car 3 times to pump gas

This Marathon Gas is a relatively new store and is modern inside and at the pumps. They carry all of the regular items and a large wine section. In addition they have a large lottery area if you want to gamble. Gas is averaged priced and the staff was friendly during this visit today.

Today my fiancé went into this Mobil as he or I do everyday for the past several years... the owner or operator continues to sell stale tobacco products! We are regular customers, always getting gas, playing lottery and utilizing the car wash. Not anymore!!! He was told by the store clerk if he wasn’t satisfied with his stale tobacco he can “go elsewhere”.. so that’s what we’ll do! Many times we have pulled up during operation hours and the doors are locked, with a note saying “I’ll be back soon”.. there’s a line of cars waiting to get gas! We sat there like loyal customers! Today we were shown that our loyalty was unappreciated.. my fiancé needed to exchange some stale cigars and the clerk gave him a hard time... whr is the customer service?.. So we’ll politely take our money to the smoke shop in rolling meadows, it’s actually closer to where we live.. with much better customer service!! I also wld like to add how cheap the clerk is! My purchase is always over $10, & I have to ask for a bag.... I’m soo tired of these tight, cheap store clerks! Close your business if u can’t afford to give a customer a bag aft he or she makes a purchase!!!

Just for the record. Theres an employee there, morning guy that helped me out BIG TIME!! I had a flat tire, jacked up my car, Jack slipped enough to warrant fear of bodily injury. The employee took time to help me out in the best way possible for his situation. Just know that the man working there is a good person, and a great asset to the area.I did not use his name ( employee ) just because I didnt tell him I am posting this, and I didnt ask permission to do so, I dont live around the area, work in Elgin. Unfriendly Service with a Self-Loathing Smile! The convenience store is open till midnight, but beware of showing up later than 10:30pm. If the night crew hasnt already locked the doors at that point (as they nearly had with me), theyll be quick to remind you (even after you ask about hours) that they close very soon. Inside youll find normal food items (etc) at convenience prices, but the nachos, hot dogs, coffee, and anything microwavable have all been shuttered away for the night lest you linger too long. They must be super eager to get to their next after-hours poker game or prayer meeting to offer any real assistance. These folks are bitter about their career choices. Surely this wasnt the level of service they pledged when they bought the place. Anything you ask is met with a hasty & barely audible rebuke under a mustachioed whince. Early the next day I again saw one of these men behind the reception desk at the smaller of 2 hotels next door, so save your complaints for the corporate office hotline later

Car wash here is a piece of crap. Had to come here because I was too late to go to sharkeys down the street. Soap was left on car because dryers were as strong as hair dryers! Go to sharkeys down the street instead awesome service!This gas stations prices are ridiculous! The shell down the street was over50 cents cheaper than this gas station!!!

Gas without car wash here is the same as the Shell down the street. With car wash its $0.15 cheaper. Its closer than the Shell from the 90 exit, so less of a detour of the highway.

It’s 9 45 on a Sunday and they are already closed....hmmm
