On October 7th 2021 we went in for a bunch of items we needed. We needed ten gallons of paint and 10 gallons of primer and there was two women working in the paint department who were extremely helpful. Thank you for providing the help we needed and being very courteous. In this day in age I would say that this level of customer service is definitely not the norm.

It was home depot. Had a pleasant experience, found what I was looking for pretty easy.

Very disappointed in the Rome location. We looked for someone to help us with the purchase of a kitchen sink and faucet. My husband approached an associate in carpet who stated he would look for someone to assist us. Twenty minutes later, I called the customer service desk from inside the store and was told she would announce a call for someone. We waited an additional 15 minutes in the kitchen sink area. Frustrated, we left, stopped at customer service and explained our issue to the girl at the desk. She tried to call a manager who was handling another customer complaint and we would have to wait. We left there, went to Lowes, found a better quality setup for the same money, were helped by an associate who answered all our questions and concerns and were out in 10 minutes.

Just love home Depot in general for all my home upkeep or new add on needs. Has just about anything you need for your home. From paint to pesticides. Great prices. Wonderful customer service .

Service was very good in the store and at the register. I bought an A/C Unit 14,000 BTU. I was shocked when they gave me a Veterans discount bc I was informed long time ago they stopped that. Thats why I stopped going there.I am pleased to say the least that theyre doing it. Dont know if they really stopped. Now they just need to update their system so all we need to do is enter our phone number.Thank You Home Depot for helping out us Veterans!!

It was a horrible experience! DO NOT use their delivery service. They contract out for deliveries. I was not notified, before arrival & the men went through my neighbors yard and mine, messing up our yard and theirs due to rain. They were rude and unprofessional.

I’ve been waiting a week for a dishwasher to be delivered to my rental. The delivery guy called while I was under another house. I missed the call He called from a California number. He said in his voicemail he would arrive at my rental within 20-35 minutes. He arrived in exactly 25 minutes. I arrived in 26 minutes. When I arrived he was already gone. The guy didn’t even wait a full minute. Such a waste of time! I will never buy appliances at Home Depot again!

Always have what youre looking for & great deals

My son was having a refrigerator delivered and was suppose to get a call 30 min. before they arrive. They called when they were at his house and he asked them to stay that I was on my way. I rushed to get there and they had not stayed. I spoke with a mgr.at Home Depot and he said they have no way to contact them.We have to wait until they bring it back to the warehouse to make another appt. This is very sorry service to customers.

I would give this store a minus 5 stars if I could....bought a refrigerator on the 15th of June, it still does not work, sent out a certified GE repair man, Bob Pruitt...Bob cant work on this refrigerator because of the coolant it uses...Why send this repair Man out. Bob still has the work order as open..they knew model and serial #s. HOME DEPOT and GE SUX!!! THAT IS ALL!!!

Couldnt do the online survey for technical difficulties, however, curbside pick up is Superb. All of them get five golden stars.

Had covid-19 and was beyond my quarantine days, but tried the curbside pickup to play it safe anyway. They had my order ready before I could get logged out of my account good! Got a load of deck boards and only one was unusable, which is better than I usually do, so I was impressed. Kinda hurt my sense of shilvary and manhood to have a woman load my truck with lumber and me not help, but it is what it is, and she did a great job!

What can I say about Home Depot . Because every time I visit this place I learn of something new. This place has allow me to express my creativity at home. Ter down, rebuilding, molding and making my home to my liking all while others say I’m unique and my home is truest an express of me. So all I can say is thanx Home Depot.

Ordered retaining wall block online and it worked fairly well. There were a few hiccups but the staff were courteous and went out of their way to make things right.

We got some indoor plants and LOVED all the beautiful choices they had to offer. Also we got an awesome mop and bucket. The Easywring. Mopping will be so much faster, easier, and less messy!

I do like the convenience of shopping at my local HD, but they seem to have had a huge turnover in employees in the last few months, and its a little frustrating at times.Other than that, I really wish the quality of their common white wood was higher. Lots of split and damaged wood lately.

My wife bought a new Maytag washing machine on 8-1-2020. Delivery date was 8-12-2020. We move old machine out and made room for new one. 8-12-2020 new machine was delivered, upon unpacking the delivery personnel notice right front leg/foot was bent/broken. We refused delivery. Were told by delivery personnel that a new one would automatically be reordered. We called Home Depot to verify. Talked to Travis, he said he was a manager and he would have his appliance manager call us the next day to verify everything. Joy called me at 11:12 am on 8-13-2020 and say she had been in contact with Maytag and a new machine had been ordered and someone from Maytag would call within 24 hours to schedule delivery. At 11:34 on 8-13-2020 we called Joy, because we had not heard from Maytag. She said she would call and find out and get back to us. At 3:34 we called back because no one had called us back. She stated she talked to Maytag and they said they called and left a message that it would be delivered on 9-10-2020. We never received that call or message. We said that was ridiculous and wanted to speak to a manager. We spoke with Jordan, she said she was a manager. We told her the situation and she said there was nothing she could do except offer us 50 dollars off. So now we have no washing machine new or old and have no solution thanks to Home Depot. What happen to customer service? Why should we have to do without when we did nothing wrong?

Went to Home Depot today to get some building supplies which is totally out of my element had two young men Holden and Jon that helped me the whole time with products that are so unfamiliar to me. These two young men where so very polite and helpful.both of these young men went out of their way to make sure I found everything I needed and to even help me get it loaded into the truck the proper way. Thank you!!!

Customer service it kills me that you see workers chatting it up with each other never bothering to look at you standing at her counter for 10 mins only to have to catch up to her on the isle then when you find somebody they know nothing let me go find you some one to not come back after 3 trips around this store yo watch the cashier ring my stuff up then I say hold on that price is wrong well go take a picture of the product with the price to be to that the product is in the wrong place there mistake not mine then she was Rudd to have to take it off my ticket my dam blood was boiling

You wanna know what would be nice? If you guys actually enforced your mask policy.I walked through the store today and saw families just walk in with no masks on. Employees didn’t bother to say or enforce a single thing. I know it may be a “difficult” thing to ask for, but if it’s policy it needs to be enacted. You’re not gonna convince me that the 25+ individuals I count without masks on all have “medical conditions” to where they are unable to wear a mask.Either enforce your own damn policy or take those signs down. This is why I’m sticking to Lowe’s. To think I drove across town for you guys. Go kick rocks.
