Bought my first bow and from start to finish it was a great experience. He was very patient explaining things to me, how they work, what they do and why. I’ve been other places before, and felt like they were judging me because I was new and didn’t know anything. I’m glad they did because it made me wait and get everything setup right for me because I could ask anything. I know I bought a heck of a lot of bow, but after a bunch of research I had already decided on that bow. He had every single color and gladly unboxed them and brought them out so I could look. Not once seeming annoyed despite it being pretty busy and him the only one working.

Terry was awesome! He was able to get my bow set up and he is easy to talk to. He has a great store, I look forward to going back for more gear and to get my wife’s bow set up.

Very over priced and doesn’t do quality work. Went and got some arrows cut and he scuffed every single one and can see where he cracked the carbon. $2.00 per arrow and $12 just to move a nocking point which didn’t even take him 15 minutes

Hands down the best customer service Ive experienced across all purchasing experiences, not just archery, all purchases. Such a rarity that customers are appreciated and taken care of in such a way, but very thankful places like this continue to exist.

Amazing customer service. I live up in Michigan and do not have a local Predator Camo dealer (or one that sells online) and was looking for a size that I could not find on Predator Camos website and other websites that I viewed. I came across the size that I was looking for on Southern Style Archerys website. I had some questions about the availability, product and shipping late at night and sent an email through the website. I had a response back within 20 minutes after hours that they would look at availability in the morning. The next morning right after they opened, I had all the answers to my questions without sending any follow ups. This is the kind of service that will always receive business.
