When I returned to have headlights adjusted, there was 4 mechanics trying to figure out how to adjust them. If your guys are not certified or knowledgeable about the cars they work on, why let them try to do the work to start with? Makes me wonder what else was not properly done!

The people that attended to all our body work needs prove that you can be both professional and pleasant. The work done was perfect and timely. I was very impressed.

After an incident with a kamikaze deer, I chose Davidson Collision to guide me through the process. I cannot express enough praise for how helpful, friendly, communicative, professional, and quickly, they worked their way through not only their part of my issue, but mine as well.

Although my vehicle was totaled so no work was done on it I have used this shop before with more than satisfactory results. As for this visit they were professional at all times & quick to respond to any of my questions

Drop off on a Monday to replace my windshield, got to pick it up on Thursday, 15 mile difference in my milage (not sure why they drove it so far for a replacement windshield) a huge chunk of paint missing from my rear passenger side (was told its because it was rusted, my mechanic says its not rusted something definitely hit it) I have pictures to prove it. Was not told about how my inspection sticker will be void from switching windshields (unsure why they didnt just replace it since you know, its a car place that can do inspections) just extremely unsatisfied and not comfortable bringing any future vehicles to this place. Its been my worst nightmare.

They did a beautiful job at repairing my van . it is beautiful.

I went to pick up my car after getting into an accident and the bumper color did not match the rest of my vehicle. My car is brand new so of course I want everything to match. Receptionist gave me an attitude and instead of apologizing and saying they would fix it said I would have to bring it back in another week to get fixed. It’s obvious these colors do not match and they were trying to scam me.

Girls in office super friendly they even got me in the day my son hit the deer to make sure the car was safe until the insurance company was able to come out and do their thing. Luckily the damage to my car was not as extensive as the other first two drivers that hit the deer basically it was just a bumper and some cover underneath they had it all completed within two days

I was very impressed with the service from start to finish. I appreciate Chris and Amy keeping me updated every step of the way. I also appreciate that they understood the importance of having my vehicle back quickly, fully repaired and thoroughly checked. I hope my car will not need their services again, but I will be sure to pass my recommendation along to anyone I know in need. Thank you all for the fantastic service! 😁

FANTASTIC service and repair! All staff were OUTSTANDING with their professionalism, kindness and helpfulness. My SUV was repaired following someone side swiping my entire drivers side of my vehicle. The repairs were done by Mike Coleangelo and he did an amazing job! My vehicle looked brand new when I picked it up. All ladies up front were phenomenal to deal with too; I had such a nice girl when I initially brought my vehicle in, was kept informed at all times and when I went to pick up my vehicle, the other two ladies were so friendly. All up front staff eagerly wanted to help me. Mike of course did an incredible job on the repair. I expected the outside of my vehicle to be cleaned, but what a nice surprise to have had the inside nice and clean too when I picked up my vehicle. Top notch service all the way around. Honestly dont think I have ever received this type of service from one company with so many staff!

After I hit a deer in early January my car was taken here for repairs. The staff was friendly and helpful, the service fantastic. I had updates three times a week until my Jeep was ready for pick up. I would definitely come back for future repairs!

Car was painted twice in less than a year and paint came back of in same spot a third time.

They kept me updated every other day did an excellent job and my car was finished within 4 days!

This place is a bunch of lying scammer dont trust them all they want is your money and lie about the car and insurance. They told me i was covered with 100,00 thousand miles and up to 3 years warranty and they lied when i went to my other dealer they showed me were they scammed me. the paper wok shows the scamming were they have it written in real small letters. but they tell you a different story. Now I have no car and was under 75000 miles and I have to pay $15,000 dollars for a car that I cant drive anymore. They removed my last Review so no one else can see the truth about who they really are. watch out for the sales manager hes NO good. You could hide in your office but Rome N.Y. is small and he cannot hide for ever. Just like a mouse, yes Im posting you out there every day. you can delete it and Ill keep posting.

Initially gave two stars, one for sales staff and one for the car. Since my review was removed, they forfeit that assessment. Found a minor problem as soon as I drove off the lot, and was summarily stonewalled by the Body Shop. Its been over a month, and STILL no courtesy call from Davidsons unprofessional mechanic.
