I had someone break half (its a 1/2 slider type) of one of the back windows in my horse trailer. Of course, the trailer is circa 1993-1994 and the window is an odd size; I couldnt even special order a new one. I brought what was left of it to Erie Glass and they did a fantastic job fixing it. Not only is it back together and functional, they matched the tint of the other half of the window perfectly. You would never know anything ever happened! Turn around was also very quick. Thanks again!

Erie Glass has been in Rome, NY for as long as I can remember. My Family always went there for repairs and when I purchased my home, I was able to get service from them as well. Theyre a master of their craft whether it be old or new glass replacement. Its nice to see a hometown business stay running in this tough corporate run country of ours. I now own a business and will call them to fix my windows if need be.

Lack of quality...had a windsheild for ATV made to order and they placed rubber back on a wind shield that no longer folds down. Also the cut is not even smooth, very poor quality and not cheep. Oh well lesson learned.

Made and installed a new glass in a window frame, good service and a good price.
