While they do have the best selection for baby clothes, gear, and necessities it’s really the customer service that sets Cheeky Baby apart. They are so knowledgeable about every product they sell and have all the answers to any question. We got our stroller and car seat here and Ana Maria’s willingness to stop what’s she’s doing to explain and demo is what really sold us! We love Cheeky Baby and they have made our first time pregnancy experience that much better.

I love this store!! The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. I dont know that I would have chosen the perfect stroller without their help. The selection of books and toys feel hand selected by Montessori professionals. There is a little bit of everything when it comes to the clothing from traditional smocking to gender neutral. Overall, everything is high quality. There is a beautiful selection of furniture as well. If you cant tell by this review, yet, Cheeky Baby is a large store! The staff never lets you feel lost, though. They are always right there to ask if you have any questions, teach you how to open and close strollers...you name it. This is by far the most personalized experience I have had in a baby store, as I feel like Im getting expect advice and support.

Cheeky Baby has quality products and the nursery rocker/glider/recliner chair I purchased is comfortable and perfect for a mom and new baby. The staff are all very helpful with great customer service. The staff even delivered the chair to the home themselves so that it would be in place for baby’s arrival. What a wonderful addition to Downtown Rome! It is so nice to have a place to buy all the baby essentials that isn’t a supermarket. The ladies of Cheeky Baby are very helpful and sweet. If you don’t see what you are looking for in the store, they are will to order whatever you need. They recently celebrated their 1 year anniversary with several giveaways during June 2021. I thought this was a wonderful way to give back to their customers and new moms.

This store was amazing to purchase from. I had gotten a couple of big items from them, like furniture, and because of delivery delays making it take longer, they picked up the items and delivered them to my house themselves. Cheeky Baby has been my go-to from the beginning of this pregnancy! I had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE using their beautiful bonus room for my baby shower! Absolutely loved our experience. We went a few months ago and there was a huge variety of items. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and are ready to jump in and help you find what you need. Keep in mind, this is a boutique so you are paying for very high quality clothing. This is not Walmart quality - don’t expect Walmart prices! I think the prices are very fair and I’d pay them to get the quality that they are. Great place for gifts too!! Highly recommend 💗

My family and I love Cheeky Baby. When we had our little girl a few years back it was easy to find pretty much anything we wanted for her. Now that we have a baby boy we’re realizing it can be more challenging to find things that aren’t blue or grey for him. Cheeky Baby has so much to choose from for him, and of course for our toddler girl as well. Store is kid-friendly and has great staff.

I rented the party room at Cheeky Baby for my daughters 5th birthday. The space is so cute and cozy. It was perfect for a party of 6 kids and their moms. Mary and Ana Maria were very accommodating and great to work with.
