Virginia and the team at the Rome, GA Party City went above and beyond to personally deliver some get well balloons to my niece, working with me to coordinate the order online and over the phone since I live out of town. I cant thank them enough for their positive problem-solving attitude and amazingly quick service (delivering my order in less than 2 hours from the order time, same day!), even when the stores standard delivery service was unavailable and the delivery address outside of the normal range. We will never shop there again. My husband and I bought our grand daughters a costume one was to short for one of the girls. My daughter was trying to exchange it for a different size and Virginia was being rude .

Ordered balloons for my daughters Graduation online to be picked up curbside the next day at noon. Needless to say, after calling and informing the staff that I was there and waiting outside, no one came to deliver them. I had to go in and wait 10 minutes before they even acknowledged me, just to tell me, oh, they are right here.. Poor customer service and lack of communication. I pretty much wasted my money buying 5 graduation balloons when the dollar store next door had the same exact ones, cheaper cost..

Good store, needs more variety

Has just about everything I needed for my guests. Only the food was missing. Some of their prices are high, but the convenience of having all the party supplies in one shop makes up for not having to run all over town or to Cartersville to find what I need.

Found everything I need

Had a lot of things to chose from. A little pricey, but ok. My family and I went in for decorations and spent $40 Im a few things. One of those items was 800 sq ft of spider web. When we get home, we realize it wasnt in the bag with our other Items. Upon getting home, we realize we are missing the web. I called them back, and it just so happened our cashier answered the phone. She put me on hold a couple of times, only to tell me that she remembers putting it in our bag, and I would have to come back with our receipt to prove that we bought the item, and that was all she could do. She did not bother to look of it was still at her register.
