Went there today with some friends, just to look for a pair of Ariat boots. Left with spending 367 dollars on several items, and I couldn’t be happier. A friend also put a couple things on layaway. Nikki and Micheal helped and treated us like family, and showed us options while also helping us make decisions. The three of us will definitely will be coming back.

If I’m looking at your $500 boots & you walk in front of me without saying excuse me...I’ll just go spend my money else where. Being polite is part of customer service. If you’re black... kindly spend your money elsewhere.

I bought a pair of Silverado boots from here, Which I highly recommend. Madeline was extremely helpful and very nice. The owner was even out on the floor helping people.

Great customer service! Covid has the prices up a bit because it is hard to get shipments of products in right now. Lots of boots, shorts, jeans, and more available in great, reliable brands like Ariat, Durango, and more. We have always been able to find what we walked in the door for from boots to helmets to jeans. We drive 45 minutes to come here for that reason and the excellent ownership. #supportsmallbusiness

I suppose the customer service is great as long as things run smoothly and you get what you want, however if thats not the case, prepare to be frustrated, disappointed, and left hanging. We ordered a pair of boots my husband needed for work, and was told twice that they are in stock. That was over six weeks ago. I have been trying to get in contact with the owner/manager of the place, and its been near impossible. I was told two days in a row that hed be in the next day. I call, and hes never there. So then they took my number and said hed call me. No phone call as of yet. I just spoke to the lady at the front desk again and asked her to please call him now, and ask him to call me back. Still waiting, but the day isnt over yet so well see. I do not have my hopes up and Im incredibly discouraged as my husbands employer expected him to have them as part of his uniform long before now.

Purchased a pair of Durango boots back in April, a few weeks ago as I was taking my boots off, the entire inside of my right boot came out with my foot.

Most of the boots they had we discovered they only had one or two of that style in the entire store. Meaning if they had a 8.5 and a 10 out then those were the only two of those boots they had for sale. With products laying on the ground, staff that seemed less than interested and prices that were well above normal this place is definitely a store I will avoid going to in the future. Its even in a bad area. Not a single redeeming quality that I found in the entire time we were there.

Terrible treatment from owner and inaccurate open and closings. They open and close based on business flow leaving me in a very bad predicament.

Great prices! Especially on good quality hats and they shape them for no additional charge! Bought a new hat on 1/6/2020 the clerk asked me if Id like to have the hat reshaped which suprised me even more so to find out it was free and the gentleman who actually did the work was able to do it same day despite having a busy schedule that day it was ready within a few hours. A+++ customer I dont rate many places highly but the employees of this establishment definitely understand the importance of good quality customer service and strive to make sure your experience is a positive one! Cant wait to shop here again just due in part to great service and professionalism. If you are in the market for western wear or rodeo gear maybe just a nice pair of boots this is the one stop shop dont even think about going outside Rome for all your western needs! The new location looks amazing as well huge improvement on location and aesthetics from the old location!

These guys really know their stuff and are extremely helpful and patient. William is a rock star. He listened to what I was looking for, and instantly had several option for me to try, even let me borrow socks.Another worker (didnt catch her name sorry!) Let my 3 year old daughter try on what seemed like every boot in the store til we found one that we were all happy with.Their service is second to none, their selection is incredible, and I couldnt have been treated better. I went into buy a pair of cowboy boots was there for a couple hours left without buying anything. The young man and young lady went above and beyond to find me a pair of boots, they both searched that place from top to bottom side to side, inside and outside. They just couldnt find a pair that I liked in my size. Next time I need a pair of boots Ill be back to see if you have anything in my size. We were there before their 1030 opening time but they didnt open. We waited but they didnt open. Two other cars also came, waited, and left.
