Total BS scam on selling aftermarket warranties. These warranties cover nothing. Absolutely nothing, they are just STEALING YOUR Money! As for the rest, everything, and I mean EVERYTHING they tell you is a total lie. They told us tss as t our first two oil change as nges, plus one vehicle detail was included. When we attempted to redeem an oil change we were told that they had. “No record”, and the salesman that promised these things was “unable to be contacted” aka -a complete LIE. RIVERSIDE AUTO GROUP is a complete and total scam. Go somewhere, anywhere else. These cretins are the scum of the earth.

Great people and great customer service

Riverside auto group sold me a 2015 used vehicle without disclosing a faulty transmission. They neglected to tell me before hand and had me sign an as-is contract. After two weeks of owning a car with only 75 thousand miles, I’ll have to replace the transmission myself for 2 thousand dollars. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I got burned by 13th used car purchase from Riverside Auto Group in Rome, GA. We bought the car two weeks ago and just discovered the transmission is on its last leg. I called the dealer many times today and left messages. I finally got a call back from the general manager. He suggested I should have bought the third party warranty to protect myself. He went on to say that they are not going to take any responsibility for the faulty transmission. I was very disappointed by this poor business practice. The $2K repair bill as my punishment for trusting them with my business.

I bought a used car at Riverside Auto Group two weeks ago and just learned the transmission is no good. I called to request that the dealer take responsibility for the repair of the just purchased car. The general manager said I should have bought the third party warranty. They will not stand behind what the sell. It was a mistake doing business with Riverside Auto Group. I highly recommend that you shop at a more reputable auto reseller.

We went and saw a car at night and came back to test drive it and the sale person Robbie Knew we were coming back. Turn around the next morning and sold it. He had my number, no call to let me know. Broke my daughter heart!
