I’ve been putting down concrete for a little over a decade now and compared to the other ready mix comanies, Northern(now Riccelli northern) has always been the most consistent quality and I’d like to say the quality of the mix is even better now too.(ps, polished finish floors seem to finish with less Spaulding👌)

I would give this review ZERO stars if possible. Avoid this place unless you like picking rocks out of your masonry sand. If you enjoy being insulted and and enjoy sarcasm, then definitely shop here, ask for the Operations Manager Randy for all the rudeness you could ever dream of! ((( if you complain about rocks in your sand.))). Purchased a 1/2 ton of masonry sand and we when got it home, YAY there was rocks mixed in!!! WOO HOO! Great for laying blocks! But dont dare to ask to be compensated for your time (((not valuable))) or gas, ((((Hey, Randy says gas is pretty darn cheap now!!!)))) if you do, Randy will do a FREE mileage analysis of your vehicle and probably let you know your truck is pretty inefficient ((((Thanks Randy, you saved me a wasteful trip to the mechanic!))))...Bottom line, the Operations Manager here needs some classes on common sense and learn how NOT to insult customers and they need to clean their sand.*****FOLLOW-UP***** I emailed the President of the company, Richard Riccelli on September 9, 2015 and as of today, September 19th, he has not responded. This really shows how much this company cares. Today I filed a complaint with the BBB as we havent even received the $10 refund (((supposedly they would mail a check))) yet and the item was returned on September 3rd, 2015. SMALL CONTRACTORS AND BUSINESS OWNERS, BEWARE OF THIS CRACKER-JACK OUTFIT, they will not take care of you!!!.
