Came in with expectation of getting a quote for an upgrade on a phone and watch. When April finally got to us she could not make her mind if she wanted to train another team member at another computer or actually give us a price on a phone. She asked to look up the account 3 different times because she kept going back and forth with the other situation. Finally we left because she would just walk away without saying anything to us.
Alzie did an awesome job moving all my information and did really well making sure I had everything I needed on my new phone.

I am so thankful the Rome store is under new manager who actully strives to make the customers feel welcomed and appreciated. From past experiences I was hesitant to return to the Rome location. As a Tmoble customer of 5 years I was excited when the Rome store opened. Now I can actually feel good about having to go in to the store. I know a lot of people who had the same bad experiences I did in the past. So see for your self how much better the customer service is.
I went by the store in Rome, Ga & ordered a phone over a week ago & never heard back . Went by again & they didnt have it. They wanted me to wait again. So, dont waste your time. Going to T-mobile in Kennesaw,GA. I never had a problem with the one in Kennesaw which is a 40 minute drive. They have dependable staff & knowledgeable.
I went into the Rome store to add my mom to my line and Cierra was an amazing help. She was so patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things about the service she provide. I’m so glad she was there. She made the transition a breeze.. and all with a smile :)
My daughter and I walked into this location today about 6pm. I stated to the young lady behind the counter that we just relocated here, never been in this store before, but that we are long time customers. I told her that we had just moved into a new home nearby, that we would not have electricity until in the morning and we needed an emergency charge on our cell phones. I disclosed immediately upon entering that I was one of your long time customers, with 4 phones and 4 lines with Tmobile. Rather than being treated with respect and appreciation and actually being offered some type of customer service, instead we were treated as if it was the biggest inconvenience she ever encountered. She stated with great reluctance that their manager did not tolerate Soliciting (I think the word she was looking for was Loitering, which we were neither). I repeated I AM a customer. Finally, she said she supposed it would be ok to use the port on the wall by the accessories, but that if the manager came in, she might not approve. I told her I will take that chance and happy to discuss customer service with her manager, should that need present itself. I thanked her, plugged up my cell (to a poorly sourced port that charged so slowly, after 5 minutes, I disconnected). We started looking at phones and accessories and I stated we were actually considering purchasing a newer phone for my daughter, she needs to upgrade. Neither employee seemed interested in discussing a possible sale. Both young female employees stood there, playing on their own cell phones and made us feel so uncomfortable and unwelcomed, that we left, after about 5 minutes of that nonsense. I just told my daughter, get enough charge to make an emergency call if needed, and lets leave! I will NEVER step foot into that location again! I am shocked how we were treated there! Again, we are long time customers, who have been with your company nearly 15 years. We have spent thousands of dollars with you! My husband is a disabled Veteran and we are on your Magenta plan. We have always received impeccable service, especially over the phone, late night with the agents in the Phillipines. They are all amazing and I have commended them on this many, many times. I apologize for the lengthy post, but I just want Tmobile to know how shocked we were at this locations obvious disregard, as well as disinterest, in the definition of Customer Service! Extremely Disappointing! I recall a time when employees actually cared about their customers, valued loyalty and business and actually earned their paycheck, treating others and themselves respectfully. Thankfully Starbucks was available, and not one employee seemed disturbed that we charged our phones there instead!
To Gwendolyn Carter below this comment. You sound like a millenial who thinks everybody owes you something. You dont just walk into a cell store and demand to charge your phone go to McDonalds are somewhere and use their outlets.
Staff is excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Setting up a new phone or line can take some time, so dont expect to rush through that process.

First off, Cierra was amazing, the store was clean and my service representative did an excellent job advocating for me to try and gain my business!!I walked into the store with all intentions of switching from my current cellphone provider to T-MOBILE. I walked in, spoke with Cierra and was given an initial quote for swapping service. Since the price was a little more than what I currently pay with my current provider I was offered a $15.00 discount for working in ems to match what I pay currently. Not only was I told that I would not qualify for a discount because T-MOBILE chooses not to support first responders, Cierra spoke with cooperate and was transferred 3 times and even hung up on. I would encourage anyone considering to switch from Verizon or AT&T to greatly reconsider as T-Mobile does not choos support healthcare professionals by offering any sort of discount at all.
The rudest ladies I have ever encountered. They care more about their paycheck than actually helping a customer that has been with t mobile for 16yrs.
