The guy who attended us is very knowledgeable about the game world. He is well aware about anything related to the operations of the store.

Mostly every ps4 game is out of stock and when hey do have a game they can’t find the new and had to leave with a pre owned and waited at the register for 15 min

They were very helpful when calling and when at the store. They had great customer service skills. There store is very neat and organized. We needed up buying 3 different things while being there when we originally came for 1 thing lol no complaints, only complements. 😊

On multiple attempts on different days, no employees would answer my phone calls. Sat outside the store once when no one was inside and employees weren’t doing anything and they still chose not to answer my phone calls. Need to be trained properly or fired.

Only been inside a GameSpot about twice. Buying a gift card both times.

I have been coming to this location for years. The staff are extremely friendly and are always available to help you choose the right game/accessories for your purchase. Transactions are quick and easy and you can actually tell the people who work here are passionate about gaming.

First time going in and did not have my usual friendly experience. Employee acknowledged me but when trying to converse with him, he was abrasive and unfriendly. Seemed more concerned with his shipment and was just missing that customer service that gamestop ALWAYS has... Oh well. Maybe they should have closed this one.

I get games for my 14 year old son here and theyre always well stocked and the staff are very friendly and helpful. And can answer all of your questions.

Called their number to get some info on an Xbox one and never answered the phone and had to go inside just to get the info I needed. Employees their acted like they didn’t want to be there. Liked it better when the old manager worked there very knowledgeable and helpful

The gentleman behind the counter went out of his way to give us the best deal and version of the games that I was after with some of their used merchandise. Their selection of games is decent. I will definitely shop here again.

Shady business practices. Employees follow you around trying to get you to trade in your phone while youre using it so they dont lose their jobs. Gamestop is bad; and they should feel bad.

3 out of the 4 used games I got here didnt work because they were too damaged. I bring the last one back and asked if they checked their games. He replied with a yes then tried to blame me...Ginger kid, do your job and be nice to the customers. A week prior to that, he got an attitude with a customer (returning for the same thing) and we all thought a fight was going to break out.

Went to this store and purchased a game, asked if i could grab one of game release magazine to see what new games were being released but was denied just because my membership wasnt active. Never shopping at gamestop again. Gamestop cares nothing about customers.

Extremely unfriendly, gave mediocre opinions and kept calling things mobile games. Stood at the DS games waiting for him to open them after I told him I wanted to purchase two ds games. Once he finally did come, after I said it again out loud and pointed again, he finally came over and asked which ones, I told him and he told me to wait by the counter, as if I was going to steal something. Very opinionated and arrogant. I havent shopped at gamestop in a long while and now I remember why. Oh well, the sooner the company dies because of digital releases the better. Just get your stuff from Amazon.

Definitely one of my go to establishments for when I definitely want a physical copy of a game or am in the mood for a collectible not to be found elsewhere. I ALWAYS enjoy my interactions with the staff, especially when there are varied opinions and feedback on gameplay. The staff really knows gaming and while the lesser intelligent may be offended and quick to dub as snotty behavior, it is understandable why there may be slight frustration resonating in tone when trying to assist the incompetent. I have never received a less than perfect product from this establishment and if approximate market value price point is really your concern, the maybe gaming isnt exactly the hobby you should choose. Basically, as with any situation, do your research. All in all, I trust my local GameStop and will most definitely continue my loyal patronage.

We bought a game there last night brand new, the game was defective and we couldnt play it (not their fault I know) when we went back to return it they said that it was their policy that they could only offer us $8 on a trade in. Im sorry what? So I just wasted $30. The guy eventually let us get a different copy of the game (which is what we wanted to begin with). Needless to say, we will no longer buy games from here.

Answering there phones must be super tricky something they have yet to master or attempt. Customer service is ok they seem to be a bit snotty at times. Prices a little higher than Id like but if the first two things improved Id have zero problems spending said money.

Dont bother trying to shop here. Unless you are a pro rewards member. I used to be. But after not renewing it, the manager and one of the employees tried to guilt me into saving money by renewing my membership. Then told me well I guess you dont want to save money,After I told them I didnt need it. The manager looked at the record of stuff I bought in the past and told me. Well you could have saved like a hundred bucks... but I guess you dont need a hundred bucks. Yeah. After they saw I wasnt buying it they were super rude and dismissive.

I know most everyone at this store, and I almost always have a great experience every time I go. Theres been some past issues where I didnt get a certain preorder bonus, but that was several years ago and since then, management and staff has changed. I buy a ton of games in this store every year and Im always taken care of. Pay no mind to other reviewers on this list -- especially the whiny brats whos parents buy them every game that comes out. Its really not fair for someone to give a review to a store that they dont spend money at -- leave that to the parents and grandparents. So again, go visit the store, as its our only game specialty store. Its much better than going to Wal-mart for your game!

The workers are friendly and helpful but the next time I go in I plan to ask whether or not they still have some old GBA or PS2 games.

They have zero interest in answering the phone.

Its got a good selection, but the store is so cramped and theres always a line.

If you want to return or trade something they wont even give you half of what it really costs.
