Only visited here once, years ago. Placed an order with the woman there and then she never got back to me. When I phoned, she said a bigger order came up and she decided to work on it first (without informing me). Very disappointed. She didnt ask if I still wanted my order filled and didnt apologize. I just felt my small order didnt matter. If a business doesnt like to do small orders, I believe that customers should be informed. She might do great work, but the customer service was lacking.

Janice is awesome! I moved in to the unit next to her shop and had something I ordered from another vendor online that wasnt quite right and she took my design and had it done quickly and at a great price! Now, I use her for all my screenprinting and embroidery needs! Highly recommended!

(Last visit was in 2018) Small..quaint store. Hours were very sporadic. Was hard to catch anyone there/open. My granddaughter plays 3 different sports. Several times our teams ordered from here. Orders would either barely get to us on time for first game or after first game. Walked in and ordered item for myself individually 4 times. Left name and number each time. The 2nd and 4th order I NEVER received a call that my item was ready. I called twice with the 2nd item, no answer..3rd call got someone on phone and was able to pick order up. The 4th time never got a call. I didnt reach out to them this time. I personally think its their job to be organized enough and responsible enough to contact a customer when their order is ready. This was an on going issue with a lot of people in the area. Heard quite a bit of negative from other parents (of team members of my granddaughter) about the business.
