Sold me a damaged hat. And then refused to exchange it. They preceded to tell me that they check the hats for damage constantly. And that the damage came after i purchased it. So telling me i was lying. When i took out the hat that evening and realized it was damaged. They have a 30 day return policy and I live 30 min away so I didnt rush to return. I returned 5 days after purchase. And they still refused to exchange. The manager is never there so hiw does he personally check every hat? Very unhappy with this lids location!
