**TL;DR: Heritage Honda offered the best upfront price, impeccable service and free DELIVERY to my home over 70 miles away**Im so impressed with my experience in working with Heritage and my salesperson, Stephanie B.. I spoke with many dealers in the Atlanta area and Heritage was the only one that really paid attention to my communication preferences, needs and goals in my next vehicle purchase. There are credible, consistent and stand behind their value. One incredible feature they provide as standard is free deliver to Atlanta which really impressed me and saved me a long drive. I bought a 2021 Honda HR-V back in June of this year. I was super excited about getting my new car. My brother-in-law helped with the sales, and things seemed to have started off going well. I had several concerns regarding my purchase, it took about 2 weeks for my car to arrive. I got over that, but the car came damaged. It was also lacking features I wanted. My brother-in-law did what he could to ease my frustration, but it took the owner several weeks to fix the issues. I was lied to on several occasions and lied on. I had to pleasure of speaking with the owner, and he was no help in resolving my issues. As for my 2021 HR-V, I ended up taking it in on several different occasions to fix issues. One of the employees asked me why was I so upset, and I explained a new care should only need maintenance upkeep . He gazed with bewilderment as I explained why I did not enjoy having visited them 5 times in a matter of 2 months. Long story short, I was treated poorly for a new vehicle I bought, and the owner reached out once. He even lied to staff about our conversation. I am still not pleased with the services there, and I wish I had gone anywhere else to purchase my car. Keep in mind, I have bought two cars from the dealership prior to this purchase. I am not upset about the car. I am upset, because the owner was elated receiving my money. But he cared less about correcting the disservice I had received. I will not be going back. Nor will I referrals to them again, my follow up services on parts to repair will be handled out of town, if I can help it. I was supposed to receive free oil changes with my purchase. I was treated so poorly, I forwent free services and paid Quick Tune and Lube for an oil change instead. BTW, really great people at QT and Lube. If only one could give negative stars...Heritage Honda would certainly get one. But, do not be discourage, not all employees there are careless and dishonest.

I still wanted our Pilot so by luck I reached out Heritage Honda in Rome. I know it was going to be far but I was willing to drive for a great deal. Purchased two honda civics in 2012 from Heritage Honda in Rome. BOTH vehicles have major paint issues (this started years ago & has gotten progressively worse - reported numerous times to Honda to be told our vehicles were not part of the recall.... but couldnt explain to me WHY seeing as how ours are experiencing the same issues !! ). Honda is aware of the issues with paint defect but will not rectify this problem on our vehicles. Putting this out there for a warning for others because Honda will not inform you of this.....

I am incredibly impressed with the level of service that this dealership has offered to my parents this past week. They bought a car on Monday from Rebecca. She worked with them and got them exactly what they were looking for and for a price they were comfortable with. On Friday, the car started giving them trouble and they ended up stranded on the side of the road in Cartersville. I spoke to the service manager Brandon on the phone and he was extremely helpful. Between him and Brian, the service advisor, they got the car towed to their dealership and offered to pick my parents up! They gave them a loaner to drive while they diagnosed the car and ALL of this was done with a friendly attitude, which, I think we could all use a little more of. My parents are now on track to get their car back. I work in the automotive industry and I know situations like this are not always handled very well. I just wanted to shout out Brandon and Brian in the service department for taking care of my parents!

I take my vehicles to Heritage for service and maintenance work. Their prices are great for tires and they always provide top notch customer service. This time I went for a repair on a timer with a slow leak and I was in and out the door in 15 minutes. Highly recommend the service department.

First Time at a dealership by myself. They were very quick. I was able to send info ahead to make it quicker. I was looking for a deal and it was significantly cheaper even than others with hail damage. Damage is not noticeable to me.The gas mileage efficiency is fantastic. Hello A/C! Everyone told me how good a car Nissan Rogue is. Im enjoying all the safety features like back up camera and other car detection lights.

Absolutely professional. Took my 06 Pilot in to have a new key made. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and courteous. Key cost was actually cheaper than the quotes I received from an Automotive Locksmith. Even though all I needed was the key, they gave my car a once over and gave me recommendations on what I needed to have looked at soon by a mechanic. Awesome service.

Jim’s Tire and Service Center. If you need work. Go there. This service center couldn’t find out why my tire pressure light was on. Gave the car back to me with a “yeah we don’t know, we tried three things.” This along with a couple of other issues I’ve had with this service center is why I’m giving this review. Just go to Jim’s. Better service, no BS, better price, and from what I can tell mechanics that can properly put air in a tire and reset the tire pressure light. 2 stars because I’m sure some of the staff are good people. Jim’s also doesn’t take 3 hours to do an oil change that has an appointment. Go to Jim’s.

Called to get an oil changed on an Acura I recently purchased and asked if they were ASE certified for my warranty prior to going and the lady who answered the service phone finally after calling 3 times over an hour and a half stated they were are Honda Certifed not ASE certified very rudely.... needless to say after looking more into it myself they are.... even tho she doesn’t know that being in the service department??... I won’t be going there I had rather find somewhere else where I am talked to with decency... all she had to say was let me look into that for you instead of improperly answering with a terrible stank attitude... My wife and i were driving 4.5 hours to sell our car to an online dealership on a Sunday of all days and we found a car we loved on Heritage Hondas website. They told us to cancel our appointment with the dealership and drive another 2 hours to Rome, GA and trade it in. We made a deal over Facebook messenger and it was well worth the drive. These people came in on the day they are closed and treated us like we were important. They were very friendly and helpful. Bought a $6900 Honda fit from these people. Dealer told me it was checked out by their honda mechanics and they said the check engine light comes on due to a modded cold air intake. after taking it to a mechanice, we find a smoke test confirmed the honda part, egr valve has an air leak and the sensor for the air fuel ratio was bad. $900 dollar fix. Called the dealership, they said too bad. sold as is. Get your car somewhere else. these people lie to get your money. Dave Arnold is an absolutely detrimental human being to our society. He lies to get the sale and refuses to admit wrong doing.

Just nowMy overall experience is disappointing to say the least. The sale persons and finance departments only goal was the sale and closing the deal to quickly. The service department was less than knowledgeable about what they were recommending, after driving my car for six weeks, it required an oil change, tire rotation and Ethanol treatment, whatever that is? I would be very careful if you choose to do business with these people, you are not important after they pressure you into a quick sale. Good luck and Beware!

Dont get anything key related done here. I had one old key and one new key. New key needed programming. First visit they didnt tell me anything went wrong, they claimed I was good to go and sent me on my way. I had to come back the next day (hour long for the round-trip) for them to finally tell me the new key isnt going to work so in the end I was charged $65 (not counting two days worth of gas) for them to tell me they cant get it to work.

I feel that I was totally ripped off. I was charged $20 for a fuel additive I was not told about when I asked why an oil change was so expensive and would have never bought and I was charged 2 hours labor even though I was there for 1 hour start to finish.I doubt I will ever go back again.

As our service advisor, she always tells us the truth and we trust her implicitly--so much so that we still return to Rome for our service visits even though we moved to Atlanta in 2017. She is the best there is and is more than likely unappreciated by Heritage for the way she goes above and beyond for us and other customers. She deserves to be recognized for her outstanding service. I suggest higher pay and public recognition so that you do not have to worry about her ever leaving Heritage. Someone else will steal her away if you do not let her know how valuable she is to the dealership.

My vehicle was taken to the service area immediately after arriving at the appointed time. The work was completed in a timely manner and the quality of work appears to be excellent. The service adviser explained all repairs done. All charges for repairs were reasonable. I am new to the area and do not have any experiences or knowledge of the auto dealers in the Rome area. From my very positive experience with Heritage, I will definitely purchase any future vehicles and have service done at this dealership.

Went to the Honda place in town to check on getting a new car for myself. Emanuel was AMAZING.He was very polite (and he didnt call my phone 4 million times trying to push the sale).He answered all of my questions about the Accord - showed me some of the new features and was very patient with me explaining some of the new technology a few times. (Did you know the speed limit sign displays on the touchscreen?! Very few employees were wearing masks. I asked a service tech if they had changed the policy on wearing mask and another lady tech said they are hot and stuffy. I repliedYes they are and she had the nerve to say I have Faith in God. That wasnt the attitude to have to a 71 year old Viet Nam veteran. I didnt like her come back at all.

I had my 2019 HR-V 2nd oil changed on 10/26/20. The service center was GREAT!!!!They took my car and washed it for me.The ONLY thing was when I started walking back to my car I saw a SMALL dent with red paint on the side of my vehicle. Needless to say I was 😡!!! This gentleman came out and told me it would be taken care of right away. I will update the results when I go to get it fixed.

I went in for my first oil change. Everything was clean and the waiting room allowed those of us waiting for service to comply with social distancing. My vehicle was taken care of very quickly. As always, the staff was very friendly and willing to answer my questions.
