I had been looking for a trike as it was that time in my life. I came across an ad by Complete Cycles and there it was. I got in contact with Harold the owner, asked him some questions, checked reviews and told him that I wanted the trike. It was a leap of faith to make a purchase of this cost without seeing or riding the trike in advance. I am on the West Coast and the trike was in Georgia. I found Complete Cycles to be professional and people of their word. Payment was made, Harold got me in contact with a transporter and I was more than pleased when the trike showed up at my door with the paperwork in order and in the condition that was described to me. When my wife and I decided to convert our 2012 GL 1800 to a trike I did research like most people. I selected California Side Car Viper as the kit I wanted installed. I called CSC and spoke with Dwight, who answered all my questions and explained the options. Since I live in northern Georgia, he highly recommended Harold Pollard, owner of Complete Cycle, Rome GA, as he is one of their top producers.I called Complete Cycle and spoke with Will Pollard, Harold’s son, who informed me that due to the Covid 19 issue, CSC was not able to provide Viper kits for several months. Will told Harold that I wanted to bring my Goldwing in for a kit. Harold decided that he would un-install (at no cost to me) a new Viper kit he put on one of his Goldwings, and install it on mine. That, my friends, is customer service at its best.The next week my wife and I trailered my Goldwing to Complete Cycle. We met with Harold and Will and felt very comfortable with both of them. I test rode the trike Harold was going to un-install and I was convinced converting my Goldwing was the right move. Even though Harold was installing two other kits, we left my Goldwing and a deposit for the kit to be installed as soon as the two in front of me were done. The financing they provided gave me an excellent rate.About 5 days later, I picked up my new trike. Their painter did a fantastic job and the color match looked like a factory application. Everything on the trike was perfect. I could not have been happier. After putting 300 miles on it on Blue Ridge Mountain roads, I am amazed at the way it handles and hugs the road in mountain curves. My wife and I are very happy.Harold, Will and their service technicians are great Christian people. We are so glad that Dwight recommended them. I would highly recommend Harold and Complete Cycle to anyone considering installing a Viper kit (or other brand) on their Goldwing. Thanks Harold and Will!

Done business here a couple times for tires, fork seals, etc. These guys are awesome, know their stuff, always very polite and friendly. Best prices and turn around time too. I bought a 2011 Harley Electra Glide from these guys...It was absolutely beautiful.Brand new custom paint, extended bags and more...I went there from Louisville, KY and was pleasantly surprised to see that it was just as the pictures that were posted.With that being said I went and picked it up on my way to FloridaLoaded it up paid the tab and was on my way.Got to Florida and found that the bike would not run for some reason.Boy, I was mad!!!Took it to the local Harley dealer to tell me the problem.The inside of the gas tank was flaking off and all gummed up in the fuel pump.Harley said $1600 to replace everything.I was flooredThen Harley informed me that nobody would have known it was a problem until the bike did what it did and just not run.Called Complete Cycle and told him my problem.Most people would say as is and sorry.But not Complete Cycle..He had another tank there at his shop with the fuel pump in it, and has his painter painting it and sending it to me....Im a customer and friend for lifeWay to go guys!!!Thats how business is done!!

Look at our beautiful 2016 Goldwing with the CSC conversion. We would highly recommend Complete Cycle. We are so happy with our experience purchasing from Complete Cycle. The trike is beautiful and runs and handles great. All of the registration paperwork was done on site and we received the new registration from the state in days. The staff and owner were so easy to work with and knowledgeable in all aspects of this experience. Thank you again. We are looking forward to riding it in the mountains next month.

What a ripoff! I bought a 2020 Honda Goldwing Trike, which I love. However! It came without the antenna module for the satellite radio which I had to order and put in. Next, the trunk locks dont work nor does the cruise control and some other electrical items. The problem, once I got under the trike, is that the accessories plug was not plugged in. Finally, the cover plate for the transmission/gearbox fell off, and I had to screw it back on. Good thing I love this trike overall because I will never buy from this dealer again. BEWARE! No help from the owner/dealer, no chance of getting my money back.

I am very satisfied with my 2001 Trike. I get compliments whenever I am out on it as people cannot believe it is 19 years old. They only buy sound products for resale back to the community because they know they are making return customers. Everyone was very nice and very professional. They really made my wife and I feel welcome. We test drove two trikes and the owner explained he had another that was in better condition mechanically and visually but cost and was actually a little cheaper if I wanted to see it. Yep, I ended up driving out the door with it. They are very honest and up front with you as well. I wish they were located closer but they are worth the drive.

A great company to do business with. Harold and the rest of the people there are friendly and knowledgeable. I was traveling and was 600 miles from home. I ran into a problem with getting the lower trunk compartment open on my Honda Goldwing wth a CSC trike kit. All of our luggage was in there and my wife was in a panic. Poor quality work on my 2015 CSC conversion!!! Paid top dollar and was told that I was too picky. Had to be repainted and many other issues. Had to take the bike to Honda to get wiring issues straightened out!!$ Really have to wonder how this company can have negative posts removed within one day and only show positive reviews. They swapped old parts for new and gave me back used parts and not mine from a bike that had a little over 1400 Miles on it. I Do Not Recomend This Company!!!!!

Harrold and Tray really know there stuff here. Polite, knowlegable,friendly, not just pushing you to buy stuff. I imagine they can fix anything having to do with motorcycles, especially Honda,s like mine. Nice store with accessories too. Worth the drive.

IF we do, we follow up with the customer to further evaluate the complaint. In the case of Mr. Pinks, the CSC GM personally spoke with him and was reassured by the customer that everything was ok.
