Maurer helped us move an A-7D airplane 5 years ago. They were awesome throughout the process, flexible in an odd situation and awesome to work with. I would not hesitate to used them again. These pictures just came up in my Facebook memories and it prompted me to share and leave a review.

They had me waiting 7 hours with a breakdown just cancel the call on me. I strongly do not recommend them.

Great group of people here. My Frieghtliner blew and axel seal, and these guys had to tow me in and complete some other repairs. Prices are fair. They are honest and very accommodating. Overall great experience

Had an issue with one of my trucks at 3am. I called a different road service in the area and couldnt get anyone to pick up the phone. Called Maurer and they picked up right away. Heidi in dispatch was able to get a tech out to one of my trucks within an hour and back on the road 30 minutes later. Great service from Maurer.

Went there for washout and techinician took my load locks out the back of the trailer. I called to complain and was yelled at by night dispatch. She was rude and nasty and should NOT be working with the public. Some one else did call me back(not sure what his position was). He admitted the technician did take the load locks out the trailer and I could come back and get them. One problem, Im an otr truck driver. He offered no other resolution not even to reimburse me. I have reported them to my company. If you use their services for washout, please check your trailer before you leave.

Rick was an awesome guy. I was having a terrible day and he mad it not so bad after all. I would recommend if you need their services ask for him he will brighten up your day

Great company with great people

Tow truck driver cut me off, came into my lane with no turn signals and than hit the brakes hard.

Our vehicle was towed by Maurer Service by the local police request. The towing distance was only few miles. We, owners of this commercial vehicle, were not notified by police or the towing company that our vehicle was being towed even though our companys signs were on the vehicle door. We found out about the towing when we noticed on gps that our vehicle has been moved to the towing location. The towing company charged us $883.58 for this “job”. The truck was drivable, was not in an accident and we were able to pick up this vehicle in less than 30 minutes if we were notified that it had to be picked up, because our driver could not operate it at that time. The vehicle did not violate any parking rules either and was not on the road, obstructing traffic, but on a private property. Also, the owner of the towing company told us not to come to pick up this vehicle on that same day that they towed it. Next morning, after 13.5 h passed since the towing picked up our vehicle, the towing company charged us $150 as they considered vehicle spent 2 days at their location, even though they only had our property for 13.5 hours. We support our local police and state police departments by donating money to them and that is what we get in return. I believe that everybody must be paid for their work, but $883.58 for less than an hour of work? I am sure anybody would be upset being overcharged by this much.

This company is amazing! 24 hours a day, they are friendly, honest and fast. For a person that owns his own truck, that is very important. Sometimes it is a bit crowded with vehicles, but that is because they are that busy and very popular. I wish I could give this company more that five stars!!!!

Fast response time and super helpful with a trailer issue.

The tech-tow driver (Alex) who handle the tow..... was easy enough, to communicate the ordeal with! Yeah, tech arrived on the scene.....talked concerning the status/movability of the vehicle....Required little or no assistance, and appeared knowledgeable of over the road sequences....Not at all; a bad experience!!!

They were here quickly and helped resolved the issue in a short amount of time.

Horrible pricing175 for a tire plug and check air pressure. One hour labour $128 tire plug 15$ shop supplies 25$ on and on . Don’t use this place they are thieves.

Top notch operation!!! Prices are always very fair and they stand by their word. Ive had one issue with these guys out of the 100s of times Ive used them and they resolved it right away. A++++ all around.

In my case the job was handed to them by Kendall county police and according to them (Maurer) they are required to DISHONESTLY overcharge by Kendall county police; my already cynical view of government reinforced. I could add more but to keep it brief Maurer does not need to have good customer service or prices because of a connection. Nice

Interesting how the folks that have left 1 star ratings for this company are notorious for leaving poor ratings for just about everything. Theres a lot of components to doing business and if you dont understand everything that goes on behind the scenes, you should maybe do your homework before you complain. Im sure if you knew that dollar bag of potato chips you just bought only cost the store owner 50 cents, youd be complaining about that store being a crook too. Its called business folks and theres things called overhead costs as well as costs businesses have no say so over. Welcome to life. Please feel free to start your own business and see what its like to not be able to please everyone when youve tried your very best to be fair and maintain a solid reputation then maybe youll think twice about leaving a negative review.With that said, I recently had an experience with Maurer and am proud to say this is a very caring, stand up, reliable company. It shows across the board with all of their staff, from dispatch & office to the guys that do the work. Their communication is absolutely wonderful. I have never dealt with these folks before last night, but their service is top notch. They are very reliable, fair & thorough and treat you like a person while explaining everything so theres no gray area and no hidden surprises. It shows the owner cares about the caliber people they hire to represent their company name. I highly recommend this place for any heavy haul repair needs you may have.In this day and age, theres so many companies out there that jack up the prices for anything related to semi trucks & trailers, but not these folks. Its nice to know there really is an honest, reliable heavy equipment repair service company still out there. I will gladly use their services again should I ever need to. A huge thank you to Mike & the other gentleman that came out to do the repairs. They were the most professional guys Ive ever dealt with in this industry & they deserve recognition as well as the person who kept me updated thru texts. Very professional folks. Told 90 min on a road service call. At the 3 hr mark was told it would be another 2 hrs before they could make it. Hope no one ever needs them to get back on the road again.

Crazy

When to get wash out high they other wash out places if dont have to go here dont and small to get out of cars out in front. Price is $65 never paid that much.
