These were the nicest people in the world when I went here. Five stars is not enough to describe how awesome they are! I want to give them 10 stars! I went there about 9:30 p.m. tonight. I accidentally bought the wrong bulb and the guy was so helpful and checked my bulb to see what type it was. They were so nice for letting me exchange the wrong bulb I got. Im not sure if AutoZone pays attention to these reviews but please check who was working and give them raises! That is now my favorite AutoZone on planet Earth. Im going to recommend this store to everyone I know!

Amanda was amazing had an issue with my car battery and she switched it out. I told her the issues I was having and she went above and beyond. She is an excellent manager and has a great staff.
I always hate going in shopping for automotive parts since I am a female. But anytime I go to this location I deal with Mike. He always go out his way to assist me. I was stuck in the dental place a down the road and my car wouldn’t start. I then called over to the AutoZone. Mike said he was just leaving for the day. So he came by and tried to jump start my car. The car still wouldn’t start. I had to replace the battery. He carried over to the car and installed my battery that solved my issue. Me and my daughter were so thankful. I am so happy I come to this AutoZone and always receive great service from him. Thank you Mike for your help
I visited this Auto Zone recently and it is by far one of the best autozones Ive been too. They have good staff and the staff are willing to help you. They came to my car and assisted with an issue I was having while still maintaining 6 feet. I really enjoy coming to this autozone on Weber Road. Dan is such a helpful staff member. Mike is helpful as well.
The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Mike, an AutoZone employee at this location, was extremely helpful. He tested my battery for free determined it needed to be replaced. Mike installed the new battery quickly even though it was brutally cold and snowing heavily.
Mike Dieter saved me big time. My battery died on my mini van and Mike was able to put it in these freezing temps. He had a smile on his face and great customer service thank you autoZone
Went there frustrated on a Saturday about my battery and the young man Ken made it easier. He helped me pick the right one and installed. Good kid!!!!
Very poor customer service, each time I visit this location I never have good experience.I always have go out of my way an go a little further the to get a great experience with friendly management and team experience.Bolingbrook location is the place to go.A very up beat team with an always a great experience. Hard working staff at this store. On my visit today, I witnessed Ana going out of her way to help a customer with finding the right part. It turned out to be a running light bulb, but the man that came in for it didnt speak English well and didnt know what to ask for. Great detective work and courteous service where others might have gotten frustrated or given up on the customer. Well done!Oh, and she helped me get the right battery for my car today! On the cheaper parts you get what you pay for there refurbished. If its all you can afford then do what you gotta do. Everything else in the store is pretty well stocked. More of a selection than walmart especially car care products.

I bought the gold battery. I didnt work several times and had to jump start my vehicle for this new battery. My mechanic said it was the battery. Id bought a new battery from my mechanic and brought back the gold battery. They said it had 100% charge. But it was almost dead when I jump start it. They wont refund me. When I Googled up that battery, I found that sometimes a coil in the battery fails that causes that problem. When it drains energy, that coil fails. Id told them that and they said it was still charged and they couldnt refund me. So I have that gold battery in my garage. After I put the mechanics battery, I never had an issue with my vehicle dying. My mechanic told me that their batteries are the basic knock offs and they slap their label on it. Well... it looks that way to me now. They lost a customer. I rather go to Walmart now for my auto needs.

Can’t even give one star. Don’t bother wasting your time shopping here. The manager Ana Hernandez is a terrible manager. Refused to give me money back on a non-functioning key fob. Saying it was MY CAR. Not the key fob. But when a button “on the key fob” is getting stuck. I don’t think MY car is the issue. Anyways that was the reason for the refund refusal. So she completely lost her cool and in a frenzy gave my money back reluctantly and refused to sell me another one. It’s ok because amazon has them 2 for $10. Auto zone should look into her behavior because she obviously can’t do her job. Auto zone is all about the customer. Apparently she’s all about being right.

Went to this auto zone today and the lady told a price for a object to rent that was completely wrong.Then go there and she gives me the worst attitude like she hates her job and obviously knows nothing about it and shes a manager . So I bought a part and came back 1 hr later to return it and ms attitude still there I go get my item and stand patiently in line at the register. A customer comes in the lady sees me. Then another and another and another. Finally the lady asks that was all I had. I answered yes and she told me the line is over here!!!!! After I stood there for 10 min!!! Def will b going to take the ride across town to oReilly they are alot more polite and the employees actually have answers!

The manager there seemed to have never used a computer before, the process was so slow. Then I ended up leaving with a part that did not fit my truck. That wasn’t the workers fault, just a bad computer system.

The customer service of this place is horrible. I went to go get a new battery under the warranty due to it shorting out my alternator and having to get my alternator replaced. Was no one there to immediately test my battery and I had to wait for someone to come. Learn to staff your place appropriately with the people that can do a job. The lady there was very rude. I just bought the battery in April .... never coming here again.

Have not been here for awhilePart I needed was not in stock although it is a common one.They told me it could be ordered or purchased at another store locationthat was not really close by.A competitor just down the road had my part in stockMy advice is to call ahead if you need parts right away.

Friendly and helpful. They will perform some complimentary tests on your car computer and battery. Usually they have the parts I need in stock.
The employees are helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are a little higher than the big box but they do have good online and in-store discounts.
This is the worst Autozone Ive ever been to. Zero customer service skills and all-around horrid treatment of customers. Go down the street to OReilly for much better service -- you wont be disappointed. Autozone in general sells cheap tools and parts that are not known for their quality and the employees here will not honor their return policy.

I had the same issue with Ana as the other reviewer she was very rude not welcoming I paid $200 deposit for a tool rental and refused to refund the money saying she doesnt have enough cash, but gave me no options, all she said I cant give your money back .The day before kept giving me the wrong parts for my vehicle 4 times, I wasted half a tank of gas and a whole day going back and fourth, one trip to orallys and got the right part.Terrible customer service. Unprofessional social behavior.

Called in for a part for my car and was put on hold. I waited 10 minutes before someone else answered and asked what I wanted (not sure what happened to the first person). The part itself costed more than the part with extra assembly! When I asked why this was the lady said she had no idea and put absolutely no effort to figure it out. The whole conversation felt rushed and the lady seemed generally uninterested with my request. I will be sure to avoid this unprofessional location in the future!
