I bought a few hair care items to keep my beard majestic. I was really hoping that the would have more selection than just a shelf or two for mens hair care. They really dont offer much. Kinda a waste of a trip. These places are everywhere, how do they stay in business selling nothing?

They always have what I need. The workers have been helpful and knowledgeable when I need help on using some of the products. Last time I was here they had a $10 off flattening iron sale and I was able to use my 40% off purchase on top of that which saved e alot!! Great deal!

This store doesnt even know their own policies. Their website states that their stores except manufacturers coupons that can be used in conjunction with Sally promotions & some store coupons. Went in and the cashier tried to reject my coupon usage saying Ive been working here for 2 years and Ive never had anyone use a coupon. So because she hadnt processed a transaction with a coupon, that means I was wrong? Train your store attendants on policy relating to coupons & promotions.

Two visits and all a waste of time. I do not appreciate being treated like they needed to try and save me a dollar. At no point did I ask them what was cheaper or what they thought would save me from going to a salon but they did treat me like I didnt have money and I was just going to mess up my daughters hair. Their attitude of I AM A PROFESSIONAL STYLIST so they act like its more complicated than it actually turned out to be makes me laugh! I have to say it did not stray me from going to a different Sallys. $100, two well trained store professionals, one weekend and a very patient mom and daughter and my 11 year olds thick dark brown 20 inches long hair is as Blue as can be.

I initially went to the Joliet loction but they were out of the color I needed. This location had my color. As soon as I walked in the door a young gal there helped me right away. She had no problem allowing me to use my dital coupon at the end of the transaction ...which meant she needed to re-ring my order. She was very helpful and pleasent. Excellent service!

Arrived at 10am on a Sunday, hours said the store should have been open, waited 20 minutes and no one came to open the store
