You might want to make sure your drivers have drivers licenses and knowledge of the rules of the road. As I sit here this morning, I got to witness one of you drivers run right through the stop sign at the intersection of Murphy and Shenandoah, like he is not familiar what a stop sign is. You might want to check and see if he even owns a drivers license. This is not the first time this has been witnessed with Mattress Firm.

Never buy a mattress from here unless you have unlimited time to just sit home and wait for it. Was supposed to have a delivery on Thursday. I took the day off work to accept the delivery and received a call the night before at 4 oclock that the delivery was delayed to Saturday. Too late now to cancel my day off Then, I said it must be delivered in the morning on Saturday for the redelivery. Now it is coming 1:30-3:30. Not what I expect when you soend Thousands of dollars. The worst logistics I have ever seen.

I cant believe Im actually writing a review about picking up a mattress at the warehouse, but everyone was so friendly that I felt obligated to share. It is so rare to run into friendly people these days that it is quite refreshing when it happens. Thanks for an easy painless pickup!

Nice place, fast unloading, 53 fully loaded with mattresses one hour to unload.

Friendly and fast my appointment was @9, that came in @7, they started unloading @8 I was off the door @9. They have overnight parking, just back onto a door and let them know what door when u go to check and its best to come in thru the 2nd entrance at the begining of the black fence rite at the Geodis sign. Drive side backing from that direction

Great people to do business with gave lots of info.

Once you either have a family or are trying to start a family, the 10-hour days with no scheduled breaks or lunch time become draining. Not to mention the traveling, which can be anywhere from 15 min to over an hour commute depending on where you are scheduled, leading to possible 14 hour days including travel time when working holidays. There is also no overtime pay, even though all full time employees work at minimum 50 hours per week. Schedules can be changed at the last minute with little to no warning and no option to say no.

Helpful staff, poor website wording made me think I could just walk in and buy what I needed. You can buy larger items in the store but youll have to wait to pick-up or go pick-up from the warehouse yourself
