Terrible customer service and a bunch of liars. Equipments works great, but they wont let you cancel your services and feed you a bunch of lies.

Came to my home saying that they were my alarm company and they would turn off my alarm if I didnt change my system. This is a complete lie. I told him I didnt want anything from him and he walked away saying well shut it off. I called my actual alarm company and they did not know of protection 1 and they will not shut it off. Do not trust these people.
