Never enough cashiers, not just lately, ALWAYS. They will have like 10 people waiting in line before calling for help. On 2 occasions I was in line when people were getting 10 + balloons with only 1 cashier needless to say, was not a pleasant experience

This review is about a cashier. Her name on my receipt says “Gina”She seemed nice. There was a customer in front of me with a toddler (very well behaved toddler, I might add). This cashier asked the toddler to pick any balloon she wanted, so the kid picks the one with a smiley face. And that was it. The cashier did not give the kid a balloon. But I did hear the kid throwing a tantrum while they were leaving, because now she wanted a balloon! Why would you ask a toddler to pick any balloon they want, and not give the toddler a balloon?!? You just got a kids hopes up over nothing! I’m so glad I didn’t bring my toddlers with, because that was just mean, smh

Store was fairly well stocked. A little messy but not as bad as other stores

Dollar Tree is always a great place to go for the ins-and-outs things that you need for your home picnics birthdays just a little bit of everything is what the dollar stores for and I appreciate everything Dollar Tree has done for me

Came here to grab some snacks quickly.Found some chips and chocolate. Not many appealing options but it got the job done.

Dollar trees shelves are pretty much empty right now. Workers are pleasant saying that their new shipments are arriving and theyre transitioning from Easter to summer stock.

Supposed to open at 9 am and does not. They leave their customers standing outside waiting forever. They need better employees!

Fastest Ive ever checked out of a Dollar Tree. Plus theres a EV charger in the parking lot which wasnt being used when I was there.

Everythings $1. Some cards are 2 for $1. Great place to buy holiday items and cleaning essentials.

This store really needs to hire some age-appropriate employees. There’s no reason I should have to ask for help for an item and be told that it’s “in a box and would be brought out later on” when I really need something. That’s the laziest response I have ever heard. But I guess If I was making $5 an hour I wouldn’t help customers either....

The manager needs to be replaced. She is not knowledgeable at all. She tried to lie to my face and tell me you don’t sell a product I just bought 2 weeks ago and is clueless as in to when they will get more BUT SHE’S THE “MANAGER”. Instead of trying to find a real answer. They just keep telling me to walk around the store and ask another employee who might knowing. Useless ass manager. So the team is as strong as their leader.

There was an employee that was on a register without a mask. He had it below his chin. I believe his name was Ray. Well its upsetting because as consumers we know we are not allowed in the store without using a face mask properly.

Almost not worth the deals having to wait for ever to pay because it appears there is only 1 person working in this entire store. People were walking out because they didnt want to wait. Terrible!

The woman blowing up balloons today was so rude, she ignored me as I was standing there waiting for my order that I paid for, then rudely asked me do you need something with attitude. I kindly explained I was waiting for my balloon and she responds - we’re out of them. 😳 The cashier spoke with her prior to confirm it. She just rudely said “Pick another one.” She probably should work away from customers because she is not nice or helpful.

Sales Associate Mateo, gave excellent customer service. I watched how he interacted with the customers while serving at a brisk pace during a busy period. Keep it up.

Sales Associate : Dorothy is unable to follow rules and regulations by not wearing her mask appropriately. Every time I go in that store she has not wear the mask the delivery guy was stocking items did not wear a mask all maybe a call to the mayors will fix the problem

I like this place. You can actually find some descent stuff her. Ive purchased all kind of cards here, writing tablets, school supplies, ofc supplies, and the water absorbers that you place in a damp room and it absorbs the moisture in the air, and its less expensive here.

This store has a lot of stuff and its very well organized staff is friendly and helpful they just remodeled it and put new floors in as well the bathroom is CLEAN which is AWESOME you just have to get the key from the cashiers but theyre very nice about it and its a large bathroom too so itd be great for wheelchair access the store is much bigger now as theyve expanded it 10/10 love this place and the manager Stephen is awesome very friendly knowledgeable guy always willing to help.

They have a lot of good selection both seasonal and for crafts for my kid. I love not spending a lot of money to have a lot of fun.

I would like to thank TERESA the manager... I contacted all the stores in Joliet looking for a specific product; I spoke to managers and store employees and no one could look into their system to see if they had what I was looking for. I finally called the Romeoville store expecting to receive the same treatment but called anyways. TERESA went above and beyond despite the fact that they were busy. She took my information and said let me look and I will call you back . Not even 10 minutes went by and she called me back. I cant thank her enough for taking the time to do this for me. Thank you again TERESA!

Smells inside like B.O. Unhelpful workers. They do have cheap items.....

Its your average dollar store. It used to be Deals and in the last 6 months changed to Dollar Tree. Since the change, they offer far less products and rearranged the store to make it much harder to find what youre looking for. The place always is a mess, with boxes all over the floor, and items placed in wrong areas. The employees are all extremely rude, give you attitude if you try and ask them a question, and worst of all they act like you should have to move for them, while theyre sitting on the floor in the middle of the aisles stocking shelves. Since the change in companys, its all gone down hill at this location. I go out of my way now to go to another Dollar Store majority of the time now and try to avoid this store as much as I can#

To messy. Carts with items to put on shelves in the way of getting around. Shelves are empty half the time. Store is to small in Romeoville. Stores in Naperville & Joliet much larger & not so messy. Will have to start going to those store even if this one is closer. Your going to loose business.

Very proffessional very nice. very cute employees. i mostly appreciate how they flaunt what their mama gave em. however store is very dirty unorganized bathrooms are apauling might as well use a porta potty. toilets always covered in urene and fecal matter and clogged on top that. never stock up on toilet paper i had to wipe with the plastic circle that holds the roll. other than that 10/10 i definetely recomend this place!
