I was very pleased with the customer service I received at Primus. Joe, the salesman, was very kind and patient in helping me pick out the granite slab for my countertops. He took the time to explain the differences in prices of the slabs and also what might look best in my home. I was very pleased with my selection after it was installed in my kitchen. Thank you Joe!

The selection was great. And the staff helped me out immensely.... my only critique is to make sure all slabs are labeled with the number they are.... I almost passed one by that I really loved. Thinking it was a #5-or6.... how happy I was when one of the staff walked by and I was able to ask him which price range did it fall in.... otherwise I wasnt finding any thin else that I really liked.So keep it labeled ... makes other feels more comfortable.....Thanks. Our Company, Granite Solution 1, works closely with Primus in ordering beautiful slabs for our customers. We have never had even one complaint from our customers about the stone because theyre amazing quality. When our clients visit they take care of them so well. But the best out of all is the customer service from this facility is beyond outstanding. Quick, easy and friendly from the second they answer the phone to delivering the next day. I have mostly been taken care of by Ankur and he is incredibly awesome to work with. Hands down knows how to treat his customers very well. Love working with Primus!

After visiting the location I called three times requesting a quote on two different slabs of granite and never received a call back. Poor customer service. I dont like the idea of not knowing how much Im spending in material cost vs labor cost. These installers can charge you whatever they want, make you buy more than you need, then take your left over unused material and sell it to someone else all because you have no idea what the material cost is due to lack of responding to the clients who actually put out the money. Wont buy where Im not valued.Days later immediately after bad review review nothing seems to get a response like a poor review.

I was greeted promptly and after being shown around the facility I was able to browse at my leisure. Very nice experience. The salesperson kept coming back to be sure I didnt need further help and was still taking it all in.
