Ive been to some pretty poor Jewels, but this one is actually very good. Large produce section, deli, and international aisles. More options than I have seen in most other grocery stores and not to mention that there is basically a liquor store in the middle of the store. A large selection of everything from craft and imported beer, to wines from across the globe, to all the common liquor labels you would expect to see at a package store. Definitely a one-stop-shop!

Cheapest pharmacy prices hands down. Forget about Walgreens or CVS, if you want to save some money on your prescription medications Jewel is where youll want to go. Never shopped here for food, but theyre pharmacy is top notch. That includes customer service. Always a pleasure coming through.

Disappointed with the stock and those putting the stock out. It never fails that when I shop at this Jewel I leave without one or two items that are out of stock. Asking an employee for assistance who is stocking items in the same area usually elicits a shrug shoulder and a no. I would think that with Jewel being the only real grocery store in Romeoville that they would make sure that they order enough inventory to support the community.

Well stocked and well organized during the day. Late nights, and Sundays everything seems to be disregarded. I think the management needs the focus on the off hours for improving their situation

Shelves are never stocked. They have been having problems with their freezers for a while. Frozen breakfast and ice cream freezers have hardly any stock. Dont waste your time. Just go to Meijers or Marianos.

Came here on a Friday night at 7 o’clock and there was only one lane open. There were people All the way down the aisle. I went to the self check outs and that line was down the aisle by that. Then the checkout register kept telling me to bag my item —3 times when it was already bagged. By the time I got to my car, my frozen pizza was thawed out completely. At least it was what I was having for supper. So frustrating. I expect the lack of consideration for customers from Walmart, not from Jewel. I guess I will be shopping Meijer now.

Always clean and generally well stocked. Great deli and produce. The meat at Jewel isnt very good, I recommend Meijer for over the top meat quality. This jewel store is clean and friendly.

I was working late at night and really had to go to the bathroom with no other nearby options. Ty let me use the store bathroom and I’m so grateful! Stellar customer service!!

Weekly groceries shopping at this nearby Jewel is not so bad, especially being the one who pushes the cart. My girlfriend prefers this store over bigger supermarkets when it comes to healthy food. The prices might be different then those in supermarkets, but the freshness of fruits and meat is well worth it.

Clean, neat, fresh fruit was sweet and delicious. I did go through fast isle/register.

Every time I go there the shelves are more bare. Whats happening? Not enough staff or unable to get stock

I got to use the motorized cart. Hard to turn in small spaces but good way for me to go shopping. The Jewel in Romeoville is great. Nice and big.

This Jewels is located in a nice location. They usually have everything I want, but this past time the shelves, and freezers were not stocked.

The last few times I have gone, every single piece of fruit or vegetables had mold on them. In store, there was mold. The pieces I took home after a day had mold. Extremely disappointed as I used to love this location.

Always good on stocking items and store is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Jewel prices are outrageous though! When they have a sale, they mark items for more money and then the sale price is usually the normal price.

They didn’t have any chicken in the deli. after waiting for 30 minutes for my turn I was told they were out of chicken. No sign, no announcement after everyone is waiting around the chicken case. When I tried to order on my turn the man shrugged. His shoulders laughed rolled his eyes and continued to giggle and say we have no more chicken.

Personally I choose to do my grocery shopping at jewel instead of Walmart because jewel accepts contactless payment s using Google/apple/samsung pay. It makes paying so effortless and quick.

Paid $15for 3 organic raspberry packs only to find out at home that all of them are rotten(see pictures).The same goes for half of the blueberry. There wasnt one time when berries were good, not spoiled or wet. Also kefir, sometimes yogurt and oh bread!!

The best experience I ever had at grocery puck up service. Nearly everything was available. Only one item was low. Their representative was so kind that she called and asked if I wanted them. I did!! Romeoville Jewel/Osco is the best!

Horrible service from teenage cashier with attitude Mallie was her name I believe. Usually I do have great experiences here however.

There are two one gets 5 stars the other gets 1 star because there bathroom is disgustingly filthy.

Ordering online and driving up for grocery pickup has been wonderful. Much better experience than two other grocery store chains in our area.

Why dont you do everyone a great service and close this store. Went in to get items from the deli 5 people waiting no employee to help them. Went to get some of the 8 for 88 none of the items were available. Close it or blow it up as well as it is run you would do everyone a service.

The cashier was less than pleasant. I spoke to the young lady and her reply was how many waters do you have in an unpleasant tone of voice.

Such a bad customer service, employees dont know where is the stuff we are looking for.customer service lady misdirect people on phone regarding availability of products. But in store products not avaliable.i wish I can give them no star.they dont help to find stuff.there employees need to learn customer service skills.

Very little workers in the Deli and food section. Long wait.

This my jewel. I like the convenience. The sales are good. They are in stock. What I don’t care for is their cashiers and managers ignoring their customers and having their own conversations like you don’t exist. And it seems only one person works there at a time that is 21 to scan alcohol. And their bathrooms are gross.

Produce always has no price showing on items out. Example: bags of nuts,coconut,trailmix all in different sizes on a table display with no sign showing cost. My cashier in 15items was nice, but very slow. Maybe she was new. 1 person left to go to another lane. I wasnt in a rush, it was ok. Produce hardly had a living body present to ask questions to. Maybe I always come when theyre on break.

Decent selection of items but not much concern for helping customers to find items. Even after showing a picture and clarifying that I didn’t find what I was looking for, I was told to go look at the back of an isle when the product simply was not there. Other stores usually find items for you or admit they don’t have it.

The store and the options are great, fresh food, clean atmosphere. Only complaint is the staff at the self checkout help is on the way it never came, i rerung all my groceries on a 2nd Point of sale, and left before anyone noticed the help flashing light.

Definitely the better Jewel in town, unlike the Larkin one they actually restock the produce. Plus its roomier and I believe had more overall inventory. And now this one has self checkout, Im sold.
