The sales girl at this store was amazing. I brought in a 3 year old ripped label looking for a paint to do touch ups. She helped track down the original store it was purchased from, called them to find the colors and recipes and googled images to help make sure we had the right image. So friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!!

You can’t return anything to the store without physical card. What if you lost it, or using Apple Pay, or whatever, you can’t return then? Lady said to come back with physical card and return then. Also they ask full name, address, phone number. Isn’t that weird? I mean it’s 2021 can’t return just go back to the card that was used? Come on!

My first time using this paint. The color was just a tad lighter than what I wanted but it still came out beautiful. I didnt like that it wasnt one coat coverage like the competitions paint that Ive gotten from Home Depot, especially given the price I paid for the more premium brand of paint. It wasnt one coat coverage at all like the clerk said it was. I had to go over the walls multiple times.

After purchasing vinyl plank flooring from Lumber Liquidators, I came in to purchase stain for my stairs, as they recommended. This is my 1st time doing a floor project so I just did what I was told. They told me it was real easy, all I do is take a sample in and they will match it. So I took a sample of the flooring and a sample of the stair and off I went. I came to my local Sherwin Williams w my sample. They explained to me the color wouldnt be the exact same, as I had a floor w gray and brown and black hues. My stain would be one. I was heated. I wasnt angry at them, but I work hard and I want them to match. This wasnt what I agreed to. He promised he would try and I believed he would. He called the next day and said it was ready. I came in and hated the sample. I felt terrible saying it to this man who worked hard, but I just couldnt picture it and I was unhappy. My contractor assured me it was good, and again I trusted the professionals. Few hours later I came home and the stain was on. It is beautiful! So awesome, in fact, I am no longer going to have a runner. I dont need it they look great! Not only were these people nice to me when I was skeptical, they were nice when I was unhappy. They delivered and the results are beautiful. Thank you Sherwin Williams.

Legit called asking if they can do a paint match from a paint chip and she asked her co-worker on the phone forgot to mute it and she said, “I don’t want to do it” and they picked the phone backup and said sorry we can’t atm. I guess they don’t care for people’s service. This was 5 minutes ago also.

Staff took time to go thru colors and help us narrow down our selection.
