My wife is from Cuautla, so we visit often. Always friendly and almost always has what youre looking for. The meat is always fresh and of high-quality. Very organized and the owners and staff are helpful and polite. Genuinely enjoy this place.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would, they like to rip people off and think the customer does not notice. I asked for meat without putting into the machine and what do they do still put through the machine taking all of the meat and charging me full price. This place is horrible no respect for what the customer asks for. Would not recommend. Go else where and get your money’s worth.

Only reason bin giving a 1 star is I called to ask if they had 1 product and only because I was about to drive 1 he just to go to that store, and the lady who answered was so rude literally said she was busy. Was only on the phone 5 seconds. So horrible customer service. Other that that amazing tamales on the weekends. I personally do not like the carnitas there but that’s just me.

Sent my kids here for a few things. (Tomatoes and sour cream) which was extremely over priced) They said the older lady there was staring them down while talking aggressively in Spanish to another employee. My daughter felt as though they thought they were trying to steal. I went to the store again and received better treatment. The meat was delicious and the deli guy was super friendly. I went another time and they gave me 4 lbs of steak meat with over a pound of fat. The meat tasted different then the second time. I spent $20 on the meat and it wasnt worth it at all. The men at the deli on this visit were very unpleasant and rude

Do not go to this place they have mold on their food and the owners son is rude and gets away with it because his daddy owns the place.

Just dont understand why 2 people came in after us to do a take out order and left before us. That was poor service as all we ordered were 5 tacos. $14 for small portions. Food tasted ok but not sure Ill be going back because of service and price to portion.

The best meat and very friendly butchers. But their very angry cashiers are always in a bad way, I am a customer because of the meat is the best but going to the cashier to pay is a martyrdom having to put up with the owner, daughter and the cashiers parade because none of them can stand them.

They give expensive in general. Food like carnitas, birria and tacos are very poorly prepared. It is a small store. For emergency shopping is fine. Not to fill orders.

The meat is very good, the service is good. The only detail is that if you pay by card there is an extra charge on your ticket of 3 or 4 dollars. I recommend carrying cash
