This is a HORRIBLE location, very unprofessional and unreliable. I dropped off my brothers $350 pair of Air Jordans to be shipped to him, no one asked me about any insurance (mind you I do not ship things out unless they are being returned with a prepaid return label). UPS the exact same day they supposedly shipped the shoes, lost them and they are STILL unable to be located. When both my brother & I spoke to them, they want to ask me questions about insurance as if I know anything about this type of stuff, especially since the gentleman who was there when I came in, never once told me about insurance for packages or offered any insurance for me. They told us that they can only offer us $100 since thats what we only paid for, like Really??!! You all are in the wrong for 1. losing my package and my brothers shoes and 2. for not offering me any insurance or telling me anything about extra insurance. When I call to speak to them, I spoke to a lady who had insured me that the owner of this location will call me to see if he would be willing to pay the remaining total of this shoe out of pocket, but of course he NEVER called me. When I went in there last Saturday morning, that same lady was there and there was a check already made and ready for me for ONLY $100.00, I confronted her about the owner never calling me that Friday and she then to tell me that she will leave a message for the owner to call me in regards to this situation and its Tuesday and I STILL have NOT heard from anyone!! So now my brother is out of his shoes that they lost and hes also out of $250.00 for what he paid for the shoes for me to pick up for him, what a big disappointment. My advice, please go to a different UPS store or go to FedEx, but never this location. They have no respect for their customers and they most certainly have no sympathy/empathy either.

I’m not sure why the reviews are not rated higher . I went there & Had a great experience. Leidy was so pleasant. I arrived at 8:40 & why she helped me with faxing 2 other people entered the store . She bounced back & forth effortlessly. She was a ray of sunshine so early in the morning. Very pleasant. Hope she stays there . I highly recommend this UPS store .

Been using this UPS store for years they are very easy to work with and continue to exceed our expectations. I travel a lot and use UPS to ship items back and fourth Mike and team have always been very professional and never had an issue with their packaging and always handle our shipping needs quickly. They have been a pleasure to work with for as I said years now.

After 3x going there with no Notary available...This Clown refuses to sign because the date was 3 days earlier.(his insurance wouldnt allow)..Do yourself a favor and tale your business elsewhere..I already got it signed elsewhere..lol ..And by looking at the ratings, Im not the only one.No wonder the place is always empty.

Staff is always rude, and not at all helpful. Mike didnt know what he was doing with my return (UPS and FedEx are both return drop off locations) and instead of asking for help he told me he couldnt do anything. I went to FedEx and they had no issue sending back my return. UPS should drop this location ASAP and customers should AVOID!

This location advertises Notary Public service. But perhaps they do not know how to do it property. Their notarization was rejected by Apostille Certification Office because they did no filled out special form For witnessing or attesting a signature.We have to made trip 35 miles to Downtown in order to be rejected.Three hours plus parking fee plus gas were wasted.If you go to that place for Notarization be aware that their staff is not trained to do it properly,

Horrible!!! Dont go here to print anything youre forced to use your credit card and the staff could careless if you want to pay cash! Been to ton of ups and they give you an option, speaks numbers about this location!

The owner/operator broke an item, shipped it anyway and then refused to honor the insurance claim. I have proof of this transaction including voicemail messages from him. Ill never trust a UPS Store again with any expensive items ($400).

Mike who works here is such a great help! Always friendly and super helpful. 10/10 recommend.

Rude

Apparently UPS made one attempt to deliver a package to my home on Friday and since I was at work and could not accept the package they supposedly left the package at the Weber location. I tried going there the next day, but found out they are only open Monday-Friday from 9-5. No weekends!! How are people who work Monday-Friday supposed to pick up their packages? Its ridiculous! Anyway, I got off work early one day and went to the UPS location and the lady there told me the package was not there and that in fact she never saw it. I ended up getting the number to customer service and the woman on the phone told me my package was taken to the store the next day after the first delivery attempt......which would have been Saturday...so tell me how could the UPS worker take my package to the store when the store was not even open to receive that transaction? UPS, you need to gets your facts straight before you speak to a customer and your workers need to made more than one attempt at dropping off a package or give customers an actual opportunity at picking up their packages such as extending store hours and having Saturday hours available. My advice to everyone else...stick to the post office, theyre cheaper and they actually deliver their packages!

This store always has an excuse as to why it’s suddenly, and randomly closed. This has been going on for years. Every time I go it’s a gamble on if it’s actually open.

Closed at 2pm on a Tuesday. No posting that would be closed.

Employee was very rude on the phone and spoke in a condicending manner. Told me I was wrong and that the UPS customer service information I received was wrong as well. Very disappointed

Mike the employee there is a old grumpy guy, who is very rude and has terrible service and when you tell him how rude and terrible his service is he will refuse services to you don’t waste your timing coming here.
