ZERO RATING.............after 2 days of being in their shop this is what my car still does this... and to get a call back from these people and the yrs and money Ive spent here ??? NO ONE HAS ADMITTED WHO EVEN DID THE WORK ON MY CAR..WAS TOLD 3 DIFFERENT STORIES...my car is still parked because the pic below shows what it does while driving down the street...tows and second opinions, labor costs..over 1,000DONE WITH THEM

Came here to get my oil changed 2 days ago. Hadn’t looked under the hood at all until today and I noticed they had put windshield washer fluid in my coolant. I could see the blue liquid floating on the top and the coolant is yellow. I went back there and addressed them about the problem and they completely denied that they had made a mistake when they were literally the last ones under the hood of my car. They refused to flush my coolant out and were very rude and unprofessional. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Do not come here to get any work done on your vehicle. They are shady and liars.

My 90 year old dad takes his car here regularly. On his last visit, the service tech advised he didnt need his oil changed, but still performed the tire check and greased the doors w/no charge. Could have easily taken advantage of him but chose to do the right and honest thing. Thank you Spee-Dee!

Absolutely the sketchiest and worst shop I have ever seen. My car was towed there for diagnostics at the request of the dealer who sold it to me. DIAGNOSTICS. Within 4 hours they had ripped my entire engine out and said they were going to replace it and not to worry because the warranty company would definitely approve the work. All of this before I gave them any kind of permission, before they spoke to me, or the warranty company. They refused to tell me anything about this engine they had bought, mileage, year, nothing.I had to leave work to confront the owner who didnt want to show me the paper work but eventually did and thats when I see that the motor has almost 20,000 more miles on it. He essentially admitted he was committing fraud with the warranty company. The reason they did everything so fast was because they wanted to have it all done before the warranty adjuster showed up and I can almost guarantee you they would have just lied to the warranty company about the condition of the motor.He then tried to tell me that I couldnt remove my vehicle or property from his business until I paid him for the work he had done. The work that was NEVER approved or requested. I had to sit there for 4 hours waiting for a tow just to make sure my vehicle was damaged. I didnt pay him a cent.

Only place Ill go. They dont tell me I need stuff when I really dont. Theyll make a suggestion when I do. Always fast and everyone there is always nice

I had been a regular customer for years. Oil changes were always reasonable and hassle free, they would suggest future service (think about changing this air filter soon). At some point a few years ago there was a change, they began more of a high pressure sales routine ( you really need an engine flush, want us to take care of that today) and some of the guys I knew were gone. I didnt mind much but it was a little irritating. One day I was at work and my wife decided to stop in for an oil change. Her car is only two years and we follow the oil life meter like we were told at the dealership. On this visit it had been roughly 8000 miles since the last change. My wife was told she is going to ruin her engine and that she needed an engine flush ASAP if it was going to be saved. Luckily shes no fool and didnt fall for this nonsense. That was he last time we patronized this establishment. On a side note the local Ford dealership verified that we should follow the meter and that 8000 is a perfectly acceptable distance between oil changes, and that under the right circumstances you can go beyond 10000 miles.

These guys were super helpful. I was potentially looking to purchase used car and they happily did quick diagnostic and revealed a potential issue with the car. Thank you for your impromptu service!

This place USE TO BE great. If you dont know your car, they will certainly take advantage of you. They gave me an estimate which included and $650 oil cooler. The next shop charged $450 for the part and $650 out the door. Also, even after I requested that they dont use recycled oil, they showed me my dipstick with fresh oil and it was dirty brown. 5-6 years ago this place was 5 stars!

These guys are pretty nice. No ones perfect but when the boss come out to check my car broke down across town, then sent a guy to come fix it in the parking lot immediately left a great impression. Thank you!

They changed my oil many times. No issues. Very fast. Lots of upselling. My real issue was they did a sloppy job flushing my coolant. Air got into the system. My car over heated and the radiator cracked. They told me they wouldnt offer me any help. Pretty typical but Ive been a customer for years, so it was disappointing.

Quoted me $300 to replace an idle air control valve which is a $23 part and a three minute repair and replace(I did it myself before I finished a ciggarette.). Average place that likes to take you for all your money and hope your none the wiser to look it up online. Stay far away from these crooks.

I thought they did good work, but, took my truck in to get a aliment and found out that the parts they use were just enough to get by on, had both tierods replace less then 2 yrs ago and was told they didnt oil them as they should have...had they done work correctly I wouldve been in good shape...I had been going to them for years so Im not a one time customer with them very disappointed to know they didnt use quality parts and on top it very poor labor...the one review was right, prices are cheap, but, so is the work, if you want cheap go there if you reasonable and good work find somewhere else

Went to get a radiator flush here before and the next day my truck overheated and shut down. Turns out that they simply didnt tighten the cap back on all the way. My head gaskets blew as a result costing me over $1000 in repairs out of pocket. Needless to say I was furious
