Heres a fun little story about customer service (or lack there of) during unprecedented times:-Nice family planning a cross country move and renovating their new house before arriving on 8/1.-Homeowners contractor places order for $40K of cabinets and other materials in April.-ProSource confirms order and planned June delivery date.-June comes around and contractor checks on delivery date-Suprise! Pro Source employee never placed the order!-After discovering their employees negligence, Pro Source is non-communicative with contractor. So the chase begins.-Weeks later, Pro Source will not commit to a delivery timeframe.-Nice family will need to spend 4-6 weeks (at the low end) without a kitchen in their new house.-Negligent Pro Source employee says she needs to confirm pricing before re-ordering.-No discounts have been offered. No commitments to expedite or do everything possible to correct their errors.-Homeowner coming to conclusion that the Pro in ProSource refers to Pro Sources customers, who are professional contractors. It clearly doesnt refer to the company itself because a professional company takes responsibility for their errors and moves heaven and earth to make things right.-ProSource: MehGiving them two stars because they still have a chance to correct. Will update yall if they do.

I ordered 1400 ft.² of carpet from them and they called me the day it was supposed to be in to let me know that it was on back order and I would not be receiving it for another two months!! Now I am left with no carpeting in my home and open nails everywhere with a four and six-year-old children. I talked to Molly and asked to speak with a manager and she told me that there was not one that she was the manager. I would never do business with this company again!

What a find. I called and talked to Molly. What a pleasant attitude. She is well informed with the products. The prices offered are from Budget to High end. Offers availability of help for special requirements like cutting vinyl to fit your needs. I plan on purchasing from here in the near future.

They keep up with the trends as in Floating flooring, Luxury Vynil Tile and Planks (which essentially are water proof flooring) What is unique about ProSource is that there are zero pressure sales in your visiting experience. You can hang out in that place for 7 hours finding exactly what you are looking for. No one will pressure you to make a down payment today... However all sales prices are subject of the manufacturer and I strongly suggest you bite on a floor when you fall in love with it. Because it maybe not on sale if ypu were to wait say 6 months after finding what you loved. I have worked with the staff of ProSource Romulus for decades now, they are always very informed and up to date in the industrys leading products and styles, they have wonderful ethics and intregrity. . The information is at their finger tips and their resources are wonderful in sometimes being able to find things you may have had originally found somewhere else. I appreciate this company for their level of comprehension, and again, their product line, is outstanding.
