Guy working on night shift is terrible. Didnt answer calls, hang up phone in between. My truck stuck at border whole night because of his unresponsive approach

The guy attending the calls does not know how to speak with a people . very rude . And he is hanging up on you before providing proper information . i send them email 1:30 hours before and these guys did not even open it . rating should be -5 if possible
