I had three boxes that were supposed to be delivered July 13th and they were not delivered until September 1st - over 7 weeks late. In July, the company repeatedly told me that the boxes would be delivered the next day or the next week - after this happened several times with no delivery, I got in touch with the local warehouse who confirmed that our boxes has never even been delivered to their warehouse. After calling the national line multiple times and multiple days with no update, they informed us that our boxes had been delivered to the wrong warehouse but they did not know where our boxes were. It took almost a month for them to locate our boxes and then two weeks for them to get delivered. Throughout, Smartbox was not proactive in providing updates, requiring hours and hours on the phone with them and they frequently did not have updates. While the frontline customer service staff was very friendly, supervisors and leadership were impossible to reach and did not seem to be taking my case very seriously. Overall, I never use Smartbox again and never recommend them to anyone.
Lady on phone act like she didnt know what she was doing rude and telling me I have to wait a whole month before they can pick up empty box which I will have to pay for that month that it sits in my driveway empty asked to speak with supervisor was told she was busy and will tell me samething very unhappy
