Impressive that BH Aircraft has managed to stay in business for the time being given the strategies adopted by the latest leadership. This company is extremely and unapologetically mismanaged. BH Aircraft is in a constant state of trying to catch up on contracts that are clearly growing larger than it is capable of handling. Every month is a rush to fulfill past orders that are incomplete while attempting to take on more than BH is capable of handling. The bar for employment here continues to lower month by month. Skilled and high quality employees have and continue to find better employment elsewhere leaving the dwindling remainder to train entry level individuals on what should be considered critical projects. Eventually this company’s production will grind to a halt but before that happens quality will continue to deteriorate along with the already diminished employee moral and crumbling facilities.

I worked at BH for 25 years and have to say they were great years!

Your driver on the LIE today was an absolute MENACE. You should screen them more carefully. If I see another of your trucks on the road, driving like that again, I WILL report to SCPD! (I have a dash cam proving this, too!)
