Closed, I was told by the landlord, other businesses in the building and passers by that the owner took money to repair cars but never fixed them. Owner had a gift of gab, and somehow got friends and customers to believe he was an honest business man, they trusted him and paid for work that never got done, when in fact he had a underlying drug and gambling problem. He blew his customers money instead of doing the repairs.
